Review 1：The lift could have been fixed.
Review 2：The Bed was OUTSTANDINGLY comfortable!!! Their was complete silence in the room which of course is appreciated (the concern about the train station being close - out the window). The bar was very helpful even though we arrived quite late the first day.

Review 7：The room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was the strangest room configuration. It was very dark and difficult ult to get wifi in the room. Additionally no one one the stAff even spoke a little English so it was very difficult to communicate. Bedside lamp did not work so had to read by overhead lamp

Review 9：The WIFI in the room didn't work in the evening. The room was rather cold during the day, without any means to turn on the heating.

Review 11：The guy who registered me denied all knowledge of any reservations through Booking.com and told me I should park on the street. I had to argue to get the secure parking. The €4 breakfast is a laugh. Breakfast at the bar across the street is equally horrible but only €2.30 and the manthere didn't splutter into his hand and then pick up the croissant like the one in the hotel did. No dinner served on Sunday evening and no notice of this.
Review 12：The room was warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to find being close to the railway station and handy for the historic centre of Avila. Secure parking IS available but you need to speak Spanish!

Review 18：The reception was often unmanned meaning we were left waiting sometimes. The bar is slightly more expensive than I would expect.
Review 19：As what seems to be an Avila custom, they let you choose the tapa you get with your caña. Nice bath, good location, easy to find from the station.
Review 20：The room smelled bad. The walls were very thin so we could hear the TV loud at night from the next room. The person who checked us in was not a very pleasant, welcoming person.

Review 24：Fantastic facility, excellent room and bathroom with jacuzzi, for that price ! Staff was very nice and friendly. No outdoor noise, very comfortable. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone !
