Review 3：Helpful, friendly staff, clean and spacious apartment and a lovely view over the resort. We loved having pastries delivered in the morning and the children really enjoyed the pool and the games room. It was also very handy having a supermarket just next door. We would love to come back here next year.
Review 4：We expected it to be quiet however it was a ghost town as nothing was open and beginning of October is Clearly not the time of year to visit. We had 2 single very poor quality beds which are in need of changing. I had an allergy to the pillows. Reception did not have an alternative and said they would source one. We checked our 24 hours early having suffered another night with the allergic reaction although they did say they had ordered an anti allergy pillow. The communal areas are tired and in need of updating with painting and carpets changed. The apartment walls were also full of marks and in need of a reprint.

Review 8：Fantastic accommodation in a great location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with everything that you need for self catering. The pool and sauna were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Could not ask for a better place to stay in the heart of the Alps!
Review 9：We very much missed an espresso machine. And there was no air-conditioning in the 35' heat which made it hard to sleep through the night. Lastly, we were not informed that there was no housecleaning and we definitely would have preferred daily basics like garbage removal, bed making and bathroom cleaning.
Review 10：The place has amazing views from the balcony and sufficient space for 4 people. The amenities in the room are more than adequate for self-service including quality kitchen appliances and decent knives!
Review 11：Heating automatically switched on when door to balcony shut. We stayed in summer and because we couldn't turn heating off (aren't allowed to adjust temperature) had to have door open all the time. Neighbours smoked so not great to have smoke drift in, but a relatively minor inconvenience.

Review 15：The ski lockers did not have any special equipment for warming the ski boots. We had to almost beg the front office manager to give us a parking slot for the second car we had with, even if there were a lot of free spaces in the parking.
Review 16：The hotel is very close to the ski station. Perfect view of the village and the surrounding mountains from our balcony. Perfect fresh croissants on demand early in the morning. Everything, village center, restaurants, was a walking distance away. The village was beautiful and fuel of life. I would definetely recommend the place.
Review 17：Everything! When our flight was cancelled and we were stuck they couldn't be more helpful and we were able to enjoy another 2 nights until the next available flight! It just made what could have been a nightmare quite enjoyable!

We enjoyed the fact of having a supermarket right next to the residence. fresh pastries and fresh bread can be ordered for your breakfast. the staff are lovely and very helpful. the residence is also very well maintained and clean.

Review 33：This was one of the best holiday locations we have ever visited. The accommodation was outstanding. The view from the balcony was like a postcard; the rooms were clean, quiet and spacious; all the staff were very polite and friendly; the pool was fabulous, with more great views across the mountains. There was so much for a family with 2 children (aged 11 and 14) to do. In 4 days we went down the summer luge about 10 times each; took a ski lift to the plateau de Beauregard for great views and a walk back to La Clusaz, went down a ski jump in an inflatable tyre; took mountain bikes up a ski lift and cycled down tracks down the mountain; and I hired an electric bike and cycled over the Col des Aravis, taking in stunning views of snow capped mountains. We didn't bother with the outdoor pool in La Clusaz because the hotel heated pool was so nice. Ate out at lunchtimes because evenings were very quiet. There's a nice restaurant in the square opposite the church, and Pizza Avalanche is great value and very friendly.
Review 34：A one bedroom appartment is very small for a family of 4. It was presentable, but basic. It did not reflect the images we had seen on the website. However, it served its purpose and we had a wonderful holiday.

Walk from the apartment to the pistes was reasonable in ski boots. There's also a free bus to the piste but we just walked. Soundproofing was either excellent or our neighbours were very quiet.

Review 95：At the end of August La Clusaz was the perfect place to relax. The apartment was well located with the heart of the village across the road, and all you could want close at hand. There are plenty of walks available plus the telecabin to the top of the mountain. The views from our balcony were magnificent. We wished we could have stayed longer than our 3 days.
