Review 1：the towels were hidden under the bed' with no indication that this was the case. i was told 'yes, a lot of guests make that mistake' !!

Review 5：The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with a selection of breads and cereals. We would have preferred a further choice of a sugar free cereal - muesli rather than granola.

Review 6：No bad experience, we were just sorry that the housekeeper had to waste her time waiting for our return to clean the room.It was a misunderstanding (our fault) and we have promised to be back so that the lovely staff at every level has a better opinion of us!!Not the place you wish to be barred from!!

Review 7：We liked that the Lady at the reception allowed us a (very) late check out as we had to wait for the ferry back to Ireland.We loved the location as we were able to walk everywhere and the car was safely parked in the free City parking.We loved that outside the hotel there were so many trees and flowers it felt like a walk in a park.We loved that the hotel is open 24/7 and there was lovely staff available day and night.Special mention to the 2 ladies at reception (one short dark hair, one blonde) the night porter and the housekeeping staff...Having tea-coffee facilities is unusual in a French hotel and so appreciated, also the Wi-Fi was free and fast..Everything is perfect!!

Review 38：Nice Room, Good Shower, excellent Staff in the evening. The Lady in the evening served at the Bar (until last guest went to bed), made up Tables for Breakfast, and managed Reception - from 8pm until 8am. I don't know what she gets paid, but it is not enough

Couldn't reach the sockets to plug me phone in. I had to sit in the kitchen to read so my wife could sleep.

Review 102：The hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in the city centre of Cherbourg. It is easy to find, and all shops, café's and restaurants are in the direct neighbourhood. I met a very friendly and helpful hotel staff, and the recently renovated room on the 1st floor had all I needed. (Excellent bed by the way.)

Review 103：Shower without any box or curtain, and whithout shower arm holder (very uncomfortable to hold the shower arm with your hand while washing yourself!) The room smelled quite bad, I had to keep the window open for half an hour, before it was better. Breakfast quite poor.
