Review 1：Location is perfect, walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. The resort/estate and habitation are designed and maintained with great care, peace and privacy throughout the stay Lot's of green areas, fantastic view over the bay. Helpful and well organised staff All in all you get more than the website shows!

Review 11：Our apartment (54) was fitted with air-conditioning. However, they were busy installing air-conditioning in the apartment next to us (last week of June). We were woken up to drilling and hammering and this continued throughout the week. Why they do not carry out maintenance works out of season is beyond me. When we complained to reception, we were met with shrugging shoulders, and they explained that other people would like the same benefits as us having a/c! We were not warned when checking in or prior to booking that works would be carried out. And no solution (moving us to another apartment), nor compensation was offered when we complained. The rules that they provide you at check-in, request general quiet on the premises between 1pm and 4pm. However, this clearly didn't seem to bother them. Both when checking in, and any other times when we went to speak to reception, you often felt like you were being rushed along, as there was something more important to deal with. We weren't provided with all the information at check-in and kind of had to figure things out bit by bit. E.g. They provided us with a parking card for the parking lot at the beach (if you want to drive, we did as we had a baby with us and it is quite a steep hill up to the top row of apartments), only after we were asked to move our car from the parking at reception, we had to go and enquire where to throw the rubbish away. Things would have been simpler if there was an information leaflet provided at check-in. If you do not have a French speaker in your group / family, it will be very difficult to communicate with reception. The apartment is truly self-catering. But we would at least expect front door mats and shower mats. No Wi-Fi

Review 13：The check-in time is only from 9 to 12 and then from 3 to 6; if you arrive later, you will have a problem with the host. We had to pay supplementary 50 eur for bed linen rent (for 4 days stay!) and 40 eur for cleaning. Despite that, the host was very unpleasant with us during Check out saying we had to clean the kitchen ourselves (despite we paid supplementary 40 euro for this!!) moreover, Check out Time was 11 in the morning ( whereas it´ is 12 o'clock in all hotels in the world!!) the only explanation is that the host does not want to work and she wanted to leave for lunch early. Overall quite unpleasant experience, to avoid. The price is too high compared to apartment quality.
Review 14：A little bit overpriced and the lady at the reception almost doesn't speak any language except French and appears at the work place quite seldom. Wifi is only at the reception
