Review 1：The staff were pretty unhelpful at the beginning of our stay and it wasn't until the last day of our stay that a new member of staff came on for the weekend shift and was fantastic ! More like him please.

Review 2：Central location with great restaurants, play area for young children just a few mins away from hotel. More suited for corporate travellers or couples than families.

Review 3：Family room was spacious, well presented, very clean and a very nice bathroom. Overlooked a lovely square in a central location and a very good stop off point on our trip south. We didn't eat in the hotel but there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Review 4：Comfortable luxury beds. Great shower room. Relatively spacious. Nicely located for bistros etc in the town, quite pretty, interesting in the centre. No faults at all, we had a lovely stay.

Review 5：Hot room, only a duvet. No sheet provided. No air con. Bathroom, er...modern but didn't like the sliding glass door to it with my young kids running around.

Review 13：The staff are very good my mother in-law stay with a friend the hotel arrange for them to leave their luggage at the Best Western in Poitiers and call a Taxi to the Airport that is what I call service

Review 16：Choice of Breakfast was fairly limited but also typical of France compared to other Hotels. Small bugbear... Not having a Sink in the Toilet is an anoyance. The Shower Room/Sink is not far away but I preferr a sink on hand.

Parking is available in an Underground Car Park with Subsidised Rates through the Hotel Paid at reception. For me the Hotel was in an excellent location for Business but Niort is a fairly small place. I would definitely stay here again if in the Area.

Review 19：We were travelling from Spain to the port of Le Havre and stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was so comfortable i didn't want to leave. Definitely one of the best we've stayed in on our travels.

Review 24：Lovely hotel overlooking a beautiful square with lots of restaurants nearby. Very comfortable rooms and extremely clean. Great breakfast too. Stayed at this hotel on the way to our holiday and stayed on the way back too. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 25：cannot park outside to unload luggage, only under ground parking just across the road but no lifts have to carry your luggage up a quiet a few stairs be warned!!!!!, there is a concession on your parking and you have to pay the difference time allowed is 7pm to 9am we had to pay almost 4 euros for 10 minutes again be warned.

Review 34：We had secure parking on-site for our motorcycles. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very well laid out and equipped. The aircon works very well! The shower is worthy of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast very good. The staff are helpful. The location is great for restaurants, shops and bars and a huge Central Park opposite.

Fantastic location for shops restaurants bars and train station . 55 kilometres to La Rochelle so easy to drive to beach . We booked for three nights but stayed for seven because of the central location an standard of the hotel .
