Review 1：No one on reception, we had to go looking for someone to check us in.Dining room not open on time for breakfast, we were told by this person,who was on by himself, it was extra for a cooked breakfast, when challenged ,because we have stayed here before, he had to find someone to cook it.

Review 3：Nothing much at all. Our room was a little small but we did have a travel cot in there, it was still adequate for our needs. It would be nice to have wifi in rooms and pool area.

Review 4：Have visited previously as a day guest to use the pool & facilities and always wanted to stay there. I travelled with my daughter and baby grandson (10 months). The rooms are lovely and we had a pool view. The maid service was daily and we always had fresh sheets and towels. The food for the inclusive breakfast was plentiful and a great start to the day. Good food on the Snack menu and great service outside around the pool. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend it more highly for a visit. There is free WIFI in the reception area.

Review 11：Staff were friendly enough. We were there for a wedding but the nearest 4 star hotel was fully booked. This hotel was clean except for the shower curtain in room 110 which was mouldy. No shower gel just empty dispensers. Hair dryer old fashioned and very low heat for my long hair. No t / coffee facilities and beds solid! But we paid less than 200 euro for 3 days. Needs a lick of paint. Tired hotel

Review 12：There were no lifts and our room was located on the 1st floor. Room facilities were poor with no mini bar/fridge, no telephone, no WIFI & no safe. My wife is diabetic & she had no where to store her Insulin to keep cool. Fortunately we had friends living nearby so we took it to them to store it in their fridge. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Review 13：We liked the location, pool and garden area. The hotel is quite quaint with a Spanish feel to it. If they installed all of the things we did not have such as a fridge, telephone & WiFi in the rooms we would return. With not having a lift - it was inconvenient for us as we had heavy luggage. However, as we now we know this facility is not available, we would ask for a ground floor room, or bring less luggage. The staff were very pleasant too.

Review 14：This stay the service was appaling! Not enough staff to cope with the numbers attending the concert which is held there twice a year. I booked on 28th January and was promised my usual room 107. I was kept waiting for 15/20mins at reception, given the key to 107 to find it occupied! Back to reception.then given key to 101. Had reserved a table to eat at 5:30pm, had to leave at 7pm to prepare for the concert but had not time to eat my desert due to the length of time taken in getting served. In all, on this visit the whole espisode was a disaster, and I am very dissapointed

Review 28：Our room wasn't ready when arrived (we were early) but they made us feel very welcome. The facilities were very clean & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The new disco is well worth the visit - extremely classy!! We had to leave early the next day but still had a quick breakfast - delicious! We will definately be back!! Review 33：The room was cold, no hot water, no plug in the washbasin, tv not working, no blankets on the beds, hairdryer broken, bathroom grout and sealant was black! Breakfast poor, bread was stale and tea was served cold. We only stayed 1 night instead of 4 and moved to a nearby hotel for almost the same price. Would never stay there again!!

Review 35：TV in room didn't work. Room heater didn't work Bathroom, altho surface clean, was full of black mould Nowhere to sit inside except for uncomfortable bar stools. Probably better in summer.

Review 37：The room was clean but tired, very noisy from adjacent and below, the small patio balcony and the seats were dirty. The view of the pool was non existent due to the trees/bushes. Everywhere looked like it needed a good clean and updating, the sun beds were all heavily worn, the surrounding areas were dirty and needed sweeping, the awnings were all stained. Breakfast was stale bread and pastries.

Review 38：Location is good as fairly central to both the beaches and the shops/bars. Had been here before and it was pleasant so came back which was a mistake, see comments.

Review 39：There was a lack of basic interaction from most of the staff.This was most apparent in the area used for breakfast,you were basically left to just "get on with it".Also if you like a hot or even warm shower unfortunately you don't get either no matter what time of the day you try.

Review 46：not having a fridge or tea making facilities in the room. Not having a safe or somewhere to put passports money jewelery safely. Poolside Bar very slow service,poolside bar music constant banging beat nothing for the more mature persons (which most of the people in the hotel were) The Zen Garden with the four poster loungers was beautiful and could have been really relaxing except for the music which was constant banging, may i suggest some music better suited for what i think should be a relaxing area.

Review 50：we were there to sing a concert in the main hall - something that was booked well in advance. With nearly 100 members in the combined choirs and 650 guests it was unbearable hot without air conditioned, which broke down within 20 minutes of our starting. Obviously people were not as relaxed as they should have been, let´s hope this does not put people off next June - when I am sure or hope all will be in order again !! Thanks.

Review 53：Lovely little hotel, amazing pool, free sessions in tennis courts ifstaying in the hotel, lovely chill out bar area in the evenings, quiteunique traditional spanish decor to hotel bedrooms, but nice and clean,shaving sets, toothbrushes and toothpaste, combs and shower gelprovided. Breakfast buffet very small but still choice of fresh fruit,toast and jams, cereal, can order hot items from menu still included.The pool area can get busy but its huge and never had trouble getting asunbed lots of people come to use pook for the day if staying in localapartments or the locals come as a day trip out. Small walk approx 5mins if that from the beach

Review 54：The sun beds by the pool were generally in poor condition-old, sagging and uncomfortable. Our room was tiny-we were only staying 3 nights and were glad of it because the room was basic and cramped. We had to ring reception one evening on our return to room to ask for clean towels-we were told that housekeeping had "forgotten to clean the room that day". On the whole, we would not be in a rush to stay there again
