Review 1：Rather expensive breakfast, location is far from Rennes city center, to be paid City tax (which was not included in the price)

Review 4：Location was fine as it was a night stop. Cleanliness, space, level of equipment, parking, breakfast, ease of access.
Review 5：The small kitchenette is great for small self-catering meals, and the nearby supermarket is the perfect place to get all you need. The room was quiet and clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the laundry room.
Review 6：Fire alarm in the night, no one around to deal with it. Security came after 15 Minutes. Back to bed. Alarm again. No body at desk even mentioned it or excused the hotel.
Review 7：Easy access to the town by car and to the main roads. Nice largish room, reasonably quiet, close to the main roads around Rennes, so it is a good central point for East Brittany.
Review 8：Safe area beside hospital. On site parking and location close to main road network is ideal for ferry users. The accommodation is very clean and modern. It's ideal for family requirements.

Review 37：No air condition! The kitchen equipment is extremely modern and it does not come with instructions. I had to ask at the reception how to switch the hob on. For the microwave, despite the manual I didn't manage to get it to work for more than 30s a time. Quite annoying when you need a few minutes and have to keep pushing the button. There is no washing up liquid nor a sponge to clean the dishes used.
