Review 3：Recently stayed at this apartment, was set in a fantastic location - 5 minute walk from the beach, and two minutes from the strip. The staff were really friendly, Lawrence made you feel welcome and would always be there if you needed anything. The transfers were on time and also very welcoming Alan and Pete. The apartment itself was spotless, we were facing the road which we heard no noise. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be coming back!

Review 21：Staff are wonderful and it felt like home in the apartment. Loads of space, millions of hangers, great washing machine, steam iron and proper ironing board, airer on the huge balcony means we have come home with all our washing done already!

Review 23：Very uncomfortable bed with a hard, thin mattress and, since my stay was mid-winter, the cold seeped up from the tile floors. Location right on main road was noisy. Wifi not free.

Review 26：The apartment is situated at the end of the Strip in Cabo Roig. It had all the amenities that you could ask for such as dvd player, sat tv, full kitchen, air con and heating. Five minute walk to the beach, ten minutes walk to the new shopping centre and 30 seconds to the bars and restaurants.Will be staying there again next time we are back in Spain.

From then we new we had picked a place where the people where friendly and helpful. Not only did it stop there Lawerence and the rest of the team where outstanding throughout the stay. The apartments were immaculate, in a great location, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area without hesitation.

Review 34：We were blessed with the weather . Hotel was central near all you need on holiday. Peter and Laurence could not be nicer and were very helpful to us. Loved the phone call we got from Laurence the night before we left to go on our holiday confirming our arrival nice touch. Will be back again this speaks louder than words would rate you 5 stars.

Swimming pool looked great and dining areas too although we didn't get around to using either as we were on the road for much of our 5 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 37：From the moment we booked, we felt in safe hands, the owner Lawrence is spot on and really looked after us. The apartment was in immaculate condition and fully featured, we didn't have anything negative to say about the place. The location couldn't be more central, a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach and a 30 second walk to the lively entertainment district. Also a €5 cab ride (cabs outside the reception) to the fantastic Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. A tip would be to get in contact with Lawrence before arriving, they do airport transfers that would work out nearly half the price of a taxi from the nearby Murcia airport. The grub in the onsite restaurant was the best we found during our stay. 3 courses for €8.50! If your booking a stay in Cabo Roig, book here and relax knowing you will have a great time.

Review 38：The apartment was quite close to the beach, and lots of bars, restuarants, shops.The apartment itself was very nice, clean, lovely decor, the unexpected bonus was the "private roof errace". The reception was excellent from Lawrence, very helpful, beyond call of duty.

The apartments are large, bright and airy with all the facilities you would need plus some extras to make it home from home. Lawrence and his wife Sharon on reception are very attentive and go that extra mile to make your stay a pleasurable experience. The Manhattan bar/restaurant serves excellent food and drinks at very reasonable prices. All in all a super place to stay. Very highly recommended.

It was difficult to find the way to the appartments, perhaps you should have told us in mail, how to do. but you helped us to last,and we have a nice week in you wonderfuld place. Perhaps a cart in the reception over the near by location would be fine.

Review 109：it was great,we stop in appartments quite a lot as we have two small dogs.we were meet by lorance on the front of the apartments block, as i had to ring him as couldnt get the address in to my satnav.and he directed us in.he even carried my case for me.he could not have been more helpful .the apartment its self was great ,clean very well equiped with cd,dvd ,sat tv,tea coffee sugar everything. it was quiet too.we will be going back soon i think.the location was brill,bars cafe's and manhattans for good cheap food,over looking the pool just great and the staff in there were so friendly too.the sea was a short walk at end of road.the sea front was paved and clean and they have a market there on thursday morning.the strip were all the bars and eating places are is just over the road and there was a bank with ATM,on the corner.what more could you want.well the weather i guess .its nov and i never needed a jacket even at night.just perfect in a word.

The Manhattan Restaurant, linked to the apartments, and run by "Sergeant" Dawn and her staff is perfectly located and serves everything from coffee & toast at breakfast, lunchtime snacks and through to splendid 3 course Sunday lunches. Everything is cooked perfectly and served by very friendly yet professional staff. All in all we had a great week and will definitely be going back again.

Review 117：From the minute we stepped in La Rotonda, we were greeted by Lawrence who was very informative of the apartments and the area, he showed us around our apartment and how to work appliances etc. we were blown away by our apartment, 2 comfortable spacious bedrooms, a spacious living area, lovely bathroom, a balcony overlooking Cabo Roig strip, and our own private solarium upstairs. Everything was spotless. Everything you could wish for and need including very cheap supermarkets, delicious reateraunts and a good selection of bars is within a 1 minute walk if the apartments. So convenient. We also had a large wide, flat screen TV which had loads of English channels. The pool is fabulous, beach is a 10minute walk away. I really couldn't recommend LaRotonda enough, we loved every minute and will definately be back!
