Review 1：Non smoking room had a slight aroma of smoke and the bathroom could do with modernisation.
Review 2：Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Easy parking and easy to get into Tours, which is a beautiful city.

Review 9：No air conditioning as such - but a simple fan in the room helped in the children's adjoining room. We were told breakfast was 7 euro for adults and 4 for children we booked it for a party of 8. In reality it was 4 for the children - but 7.80 for adults. Not much more money, but for a simple French breakfast - a little over priced.
Review 10：Nice welcome from the hosts. The rooms were clean - and the family room was spacious ( double bed - with separate adjacent room with two single beds). Conivenant stop over on way further south, easy to get to, 15 minutes to city centre.

Review 12：Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was perfect - we booked the family room with interconnecting door and it was great for us. Breakfast was very good. Perfect little hotel for a stopover on a long journey through France. I would definitely stay there again.

All in all, did exactly what it said well. Would highly recommend family room. Good for people who are using as a base of stopping over, but no pool if looking for a children's holiday.
