Review 1：The size of the bedroom is spacious. Large Living room, and bedroom, also a balcony. The hot water was great and strong for shower, heating is also working perfect in the cold winter! Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is near the National Police College and was full of perfectly pleasant officers, BUT when we arrived for breakfast there was nothing left and there was only one person to handle the whole restaurant. A joke! Also be careful of there cancellation policy

Review 17：We had a very unnerving experience at this hotel. To reach the cafeteria we had to walk through a long glass conservatory style corridor and noticed stacked at side, considerable amount of large outdoor type childrens toys. We had a drink, went for a walk and returned via cafeteria and glass walkway. About 8 boys, aged 5-7 years were in corridor playing with toys. No adults in sight! I walked ahead, negotiating the now scattered toys, when I heard my husband shout "No".Turning I saw two boys carrying a large toy about to throw it at my legs. I shouted at them and they stood there laughing at me. As I turned to continue, another child ahead of me had picked up another large item, threw it at me but missed. I ran forward shouting at him, but he just laughed loudly at me. The parents did not appear during this attack. I complained to reception, but she just blamed parents, said proprietor thought toys good idea. I asked if it was Hotel or Kindergarden. I would never stay at this hotel again and wonder how it got 4stars. There is more to consider than cleanliness etc, how about public safety?

Review 18：Room faced west. It was a very hot day and air conditioning didn't work. Also, bulb in one bedside light was burnt out and the hairdryer was permanently set on HOT, because the switch was broken.

Review 23：Situated right on the conjunction of several major roads it was easy to get to and easy to find roads out to explore other cities. It was on a good bus route to get in and out of Avila also opposite a good shopping centre with shops and eating places.

Review 24：Staff: one of them ( Laura ) was rude. Staff messed with my credit card payments. I booked via booking.com and staff charged my credit card automatically within telling me...I found out after I left that on 2 occasions they had double billed then reimbursed me. This meant a lower reimbursement amount each time as my bank charges me for currency exchange.
