Review 1：Standard of shower could have been better for a premium apartment. Also seating on patio very hard. Could do with more comfortable chairs and a lounger.

Review 5：We liked everything. The residence is in a great location, overlooking the Santa Giulia bay that can be reached with a very short walk. The apartment was superb and the staff extremely helpful and very polite. We will be back very soon.
Review 6：Possibly too quiet for many people and a fair drive to town. You can't manage without a car. Several good supermarkets on the way into town- particulate the spar but you need a car to get to it. No restaurants within walking distance. 3 good quiet pools on site but nothing else happening. Difficult to find.
Review 7：We stayed in early Sept. The place was extremely quite though lots of apartments appeared to be occupied. The whole place is very well maintained. Our apartment was well equipped particularly the kitchen with most things you could want. There is a small and just adequate welcome pack- loo roll , spong, bottle of milk but no food. Local beach 10mins away is excellent particulate for you kids.
Review 8：In July/August the prices are very high, making the quality-price ratio very poor. You probably forget it because the view and the setting are amazing. Watch our for the extras! at checkout they surprise-charge you the cleaning of your very small bungalow exorbitant prices, even in Brussels you dont pay so much for an hours' worth of cleaning.
Review 9：Location at Baia di Santa Giulia is priceless, the view amazing. You dont need a car to go to the beach, a real advantage. Staff is very helpful even if at first some of them behave a bit presumptiously. Great that they bring you fresh baguette & croissants at your bungalow every morning (at boulangerie prices).

Review 16：The Comfort apartments are quite nice, but way too overpriced for what they offer. Even if we disregard the fact that the air-condition wasn't working properly for 3 days, the apartments don't deserve their name 'comfort', but should rather be called 'basic'.

Review 24：Wifi is poor and their security means you have to log in everytime you want to use it. It doesn't remember you or your device. Local bar and shop isn't that local. Traffic lights for the one way system means you can wait up to 4 minutes to get out of the resort.

Review 38：The croissants and bread delivered to the room were burnt. We did not use this service after the first day. The 'heated' outdoor pool was freezing cold in fact and they was often locked when it should not have been. They did open it after some negotiation however but it took 20mins. The ground cabinet had not been properly secured to the wall and fell on my 6 year old but thankfully only resulting in broken plates. Need to be careful when opening this.

Contrary to the other customerreviews, WiFi does work fine, one can log in after a few minutes'wait. The location is just perfect, high enough to have a broad view ofthe Santa Giulia bay, with a downhill, straight path to the beach. Thepool, jacuzzi and sauna are added bonuses. The complex is behind aresidential area, accessible from the Precojo round-about, around 2 kmsuphill towards Palombaggia.

Review 81：Can overhear and be overheard by neighbours a bit but most people were reasonably quiet when we visited in May. Summer could be noisy when everyone's outside on their balconies or patios. The spare single beds in the sitting room have full sized single mattresses which is good if you want to sleep on them but they are covered tightly by immitation leather covers which are attractive and practical but not comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

The staff were exceptional and the appartment very well equipped with a very large shaded terrace and bbq.The daily delivery from the local delivery (at cost) was a really nice touch. We had the misfortune of our washing machine ( yes the appartment has its own) breaking down on a Saturday afternoon. Someone came round within 5 minutes and the machine was replaced without a quibble. Is this the new France ? !!
Review 85：I had difficulty finding the place. There are many signs and side roads and the signage to the Residence was not clear. The road to the entrance was not well maintained.
Review 86：The studio apartment was comfortable and clean. I liked that I could open the doors to the garden area. I liked the few supplies that were left for my use. It is a short walk to the beach which is a lovely setting.
Review 87：The staff was very friendly, and our studio was lovely! We were overwhelmed with the lovely room and private and shared area just outside our sliding glass door. It was beautiful! And the beach, wow! We visited beaches in Calvi, Bonifacio and one just south of Santa Guilia, but this will be the one I'll be dreaming of. Thrilled we stayed here!

Review 90：The worst hotel we have been. We paid 288 EURO per night for three nights. There is no air condition in the room, it is so hot and impossible to sleep during night. No mosquito net at window, so if we open the window, mosquitos have a fest at us. There is no service at all, no cleaning room, not even change towers or pick the trash. Room is really old and smelly. We have booked two suites, one has a fan and other does not. Every room is different, when we ask for a pan, the staff is not helpful at all. It is a terrible experience, three hot nights no sleep. Never want to go back

Review 96：The resort is sub-standard. Rooms look like they were last renovated in the 80ies - had to sleep on the sofa, as the bed was too unconfortable. Rooms in the catalogue are not the rooms you get when booking via inet, as we did. Wondering if this happens to all folks using booking.com. Access road to hotel is in shocking state, showing that management is not willing to invest in infrastrucuture and lives off the location alone. The beach however is stunningly beautiful and compensates the dissapointing living experience.

Review 101：The region is beautiful and the location of the hotel very convenient. The apartments are very confortable and well equiped. Beautiful view over the Sta Giulia beach. The road to acess the hotel is not perfect, but not too bad in my opinion. Quite easy to find the hotel by the signs in the route.
