Review 1：no way to enter the balcony (maybe through the window), clean towels at 3 days (or paid), a bit rusty walls

Review 3：Sometimes at night you could hear people walking and pushing chairs in the room above. Location is ok - in between sea and center, but if you want to spent most of the time in the center I recommend that you choose a hotel closer to it.
Review 4：Our room with 4 single beds was huge, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is really nice - we used it to make breakfast, diner. 24h reception. Possible to borrow bikes.

Review 7：We paid extra to get the breakfast, but this turned out to be a big disappointment. We were given vouchers for the neighbouring restaurant. First all they offered us was one croissant with a sugar glaze and a cup of coffee. After complaining we were given tiny slice of omelette. At this point we gave up and went back to Valencia flats and complained to them. The lady at reception said that breakfast should have been more substantial than that and that she would talk to her manager. She offered us a full refund of the extra payment we had made for the breakfast and suggested we nip round the corner to a bakery. The bakery was excellent and we continued going there every day! We got a much better breakfast for the same price and lovely staff! The only other minor issue is that I am very sensitive to noise and there was a buzzing sound that kept me awake until I went and got earplugs for the next night. Possibly from other rooms air conditioning? My husband had no problem sleeping.
Review 8：Very good location, with excellent bus links into the old town centre. Although situated on a main road, we had a room facing into a courtyard and there was no problem with road noise. The rooms were modern/simple, bright and clean with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was even a shared kitchen in very good condition. We only really used this for cooling water in the fridges, but you could do all your cooking and meals there if you wanted to. Would highly recommend to stay here if going to Valencia.
Review 9：Shower doors did not close, resulting in flooding the bathroom, however isolated to only the bathroom. Location fairly far from everything, however bus stop is on the same block. Apartment style room, not a place to meet other travellers.

Review 11：Parking was easy, safe and close. The balcony was a nice touch and there were cafes right on the doorstep. The laundry facilities made things easy in a hurry and the receptionist was lovely and didn't mind speaking English.
Review 12：Thin walls made it quite noisy, you could hear people in the hallway and you could hear doors opening and closing. Bathroom was small with some mould growing on the floor and walls. Overall, though, great value for money.
Review 13：Accommodation is right next to Arts and Science Complex and not too far from city and beach. Free bike hire was awesome which made it easy visiting city centre and beach. Wifi worked well and staff were extremely helpful with everything.
Review 14：We loved the location, quiet but with lots of local cafes and restaurants, right by the City of Arts and Sciences and just a short bus or bike ride into the centre of Valencia. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Room was comfortable if not huge - and the air conditioning was a real plus when the temperature topped 40!
Review 15：Room was very small for 4 people. Very cramped. Bore no relation to the photos on the web site. Room was directly over a bar which was open until 3 am. Kids and I found it very difficult to get to sleep.

Vietnam has the best price/quality room, but this one was my second best, and I have seen hundreds hotels in the world. Breakfast next door but with voucher through the hotel only eur 2,80.

Review 28：the recepion staff had a hard time giving us a friendly welcome and did almost make us feeling "stupid" asking about the general parking situation in the area. The room was small, dark, very hot and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on around you, including every single stop and go of the elevator-engine. The furnishing was one of these cheap Ikea-style immitations that only look decent on picture, but taste- and charmless in reality. All together one of these poor "Easyjet"-style places that make you feel the world is the same wherever you go.

Review 73：There is only one thing we didn't like - the bed was too small and too soft. I'm 168 cm tall and my feet were hanging off the bed. Imagine my partner with his 192 cm.
