Review 1：Unfortunate smoking is allowed in the "Stube" area as it has more "gemütlichkeit" than the smoke- free area

Review 3：Staff went above and beyond to work with the local bus service to return a lost phone to me. I'm very indebted to this assistance. Beyond that, the hotel is very nice, breakfast is ample, and Gosau itself is one of the most beautiful places I've been. Just top notch all the way.
Review 4：WIFI is not available in the room. Although the bus station is quite near, there are only several shuttlebuses passing by. If you missed one, you have to wait for another 2 hours or more.

Review 6：Do not recommend to backpack customers. Although the bus station is very close to the hotel, it is still inconvenience if you do not drive yourself there. Also the Wifi area is not covered in the room as well as in the eating area, I need to go downstairs to get the signal.
Review 7：You don't need to go out you still can have beautiful view just in your room! The bus station is just 5min walk, and convenience to Hallstatt. The hotel is located in the middle of Gosau. Nearest supermarket is almost 20 to 30 min walk distance. But you can always have tasty food just in the hotel. And the staff is quiet friendly.
Review 8：We were fortunate and able to secure two single rooms (only two showing as available) for myself and a cousin that I was travelling with. While the room was somewhat small, it was adequate, however, the relatively smaller size of the bath with a shower proved somewhat cramped for someone like myself who is 6'4'' tall.

Review 46：We payed only EUR 10.00 per person extra for a half board and found the meal quite good. The corridor was decorated with the paintings of Mt.Dachstein and Lake Gosau, which we enjoyed looking at.
Review 47：Smoking area in the facility. It's necessary to walk through the smoking area to get to the reservation desk. No elevators. The layout of the hotel is confusing with unusual sections. We were on the third floor and had to find the hidden doors to get to each floor.
