Condo Hotel Paese Serenu sells fast on our site. This residence is set in a 10-hectare park in Port Vecchio Gulf, and offers direct access to the beach. It features 2 tennis courts and a heated outdoor pool with a furnished sun terrace.
Each air-conditioned apartment opens up to a private balcony with views of the garden, and includes a flat-screen TV. The apartments have Wi-Fi access and kitchenettes with dining areas.
Evening meals are proposed in the restaurant, Marina. The meals can be enjoyed in the elegant dining room or al fresco on the terrace, offering views of the sea.

Review 1：-Comfort of the bed (too hard) -No A/C in the bedroom -Cooking lasts very long, due to old heaters -Car needed -Beachwater full of stones -No animation

Review 6：A great find we were looking for somewhere to stay, booked for 4 nights. we went in September so probably a bit different during the high season. The private beach, pool and bar was great. We did a quick clean to avoid the charge

Review 7：Its difficult to find food in the hotel. Stuff is friendly but not very helpful. Its more privat appartment then hotel. In the end you should pay cleaning fee 40€, its ok, but fee doesnt include washing plates etc and garbage you should take out By Yourself!

Review 8：Good location, close to the beach,but beach comparing with beaches in neghbourhood is nothing. Hotel is very quite and good for family. I will definitely will go back to Porto vecchio, but will try another hotel.

Review 9：No toilette paper was provided, no hand soap, we had to clean it before leaving. The cleaning is questionable as the people before you, are resposnible to clean it and as there is no sign of detergent in the apartment I am sure the "cleaning" was not the most hygenic! No sign of good service from the staff so I dont undertsand why you need to spend all this money per night and not have basic things such toilette paper!You need a car to go everywhere, this facility is not near anything walking distance, WiFi signal very poor if you shut the front door the signal was lost- and bed matress was bad.The whole island is expensive, even if it is pretty there are other more beautiful destinations where food, stay but most important people are a lot nicer. Everywhere in Corse you get treated like it doesn't matter if you are there or not- customer service is not known.

Review 17：The beach at Paese Serenu is more for paddlong rather than swimming. Overall the beach was disapointing but to no fault of Paese Serenu.

Review 19：Water didn't work at all on two of the days we were staying in the apartment. There was no communication from the staff before, during or after the water was off. Full linens weren't provided. Pillows were the old and very uncomfortable.

Review 21：The only thing that was 'negative' about the resort, as it isnot mentioned on booking.com reservation (although from the reviewsyou can figure it out) is that you have to clean 'perfectly'your apartment upon departure otherwise you have to pay additional €40for cleaning.

Review 22：We got an apartment on the first floor, it had a small balcony with atable and chairs, nice clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Thebalcony was convenient we had our breakfast there, it was shady andseparated from other balconies so you could not see the others and theycould not see you. There was an air conditioner in the room which workedvery well, the only thing that you may want to now that the remotecontroller is not in the room so you have to ask for it at thereception. At the resort there is a beautiful restaurant where you canhave breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is quite good, they even havefresh (alive) seafood to choose from. Beside the restaurant there is anice pool area with deck chairs to use. The water is a bit shallow atthe beach side, but because of this it is good for families with kidsand also the water has a nice warm temperature. You can use the parasolsand deck chairs free. It is 5 minutes to Porto Vecchio's center,which is very pretty. In half an hour you can reach many other beachesincluding the secluded Rondinara.
