Reviews for Inter-Hôtel du Moulin

Review 1:Wifi was not easy to connect but the reception helped me both times.

Review 2:The staff were welcoming and helpful. An easy walk to shopping and restaurants in the pedestrian mall. Lovely views near the river.

Review 3:Wi-Fi limited to 4 hours.

Review 4:Very friendly and helpful reception staff who offered advice concerning where to visit and eat in the town. Room was clean and comfortable with a queen size bed.

Review 5:On arrival we received a very warm welcome and explanation of position of hotel in relation to restaurants, market and other points of interest. It was a very short walk to all of these.

Review 6:Lovely big room, super comfy big bed. Only a few minutes walk into centre of town. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, showed us where to park the motorbike safely (car spaces are limited but there was a spot for the bike which we were not charged for). Would definitely stay here again.

Review 7:The plug did not work in the bathroom and the towels were rough! Breakfast was a cold, fairly uninteresting buffet. The coffee machine did not work and the so-called fresh fruit bowl, contained a banana with black skin! Poor value at 9 euros per person.

Review 8:This Hotel was very clean and quite central. Our reason for staying in Niort was that my husband had been taken into hospital as an emergency. The hospital was just 1 mile away and the square (containing good restaurants) also a mile away.

Review 9:The location was a little out the way but that can be forgiven. Also parking was a an issue so get your spot early and keep it. Walk or get a taxi to town where there are restaurant mrs in abundance should you need dinner

Review 10:This hotel punches well above its weight and was excellent value for money. The reception its was absolutely superb , nothing too much trouble.

Review 11:Out of hours, no one at the reception and not sufficient notification of what to do.

Review 12:The Hotel was in a perfect location for a lovely walk along the river to the historic village. Plenty of Parking available, at the hotel and the Town. Good restaurants just a five minute drive away.

Review 13:breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Review 15:we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years en route between Uk and Spain. It has been good to see the development during that time and we would not choose to stay anywhere else,

Review 16:Nothing

Review 17:Close to the city centre restaurants etc. Secure off road parking. Comfortable clean rooms with good aircon (it was 34c when we were there). Good breakfast, helpful staff.

Review 25:Breakfast was merely okay: a bit 'close to the edge' in terms of stocking levels and variety of food available.

Review 26:All very much what I'd expect from a well-priced hotel. The staff were helpful from the word 'Go'. The quiet location is superb for access to the centre of Niort and its restaurants.

Review 27:Having a few problems with internet, however that didn't particularly trouble us.

Review 28:Great welcome, Natalie spoke english as my french is somewhat rusty! Choice of 2 rooms twin or double, gave us the keys to have a look. Very helpful re surrounding area & places to eat. Parking on site.Good breakfast

Review 35:Can't think of anything, except for breakfast with the TV news - inhibits conversation!

Review 36:Niort Centre and lovely walks along the river, the market and the Donjon and a very good restaurant were all just a short walk away from this hotel. The beautiful Marais and its villages were a short drive away - about 20minutes, and the Atlantic beaches and seaside towns about an hour to an hour and a half drive. This made the hotel a perfect centre for exploring the region.

Review 37:The hotel is in a quiet location close enough to walk into the town. There was no disturbance from other guests at night time. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and beverages. Free car parking at hotel. Lift if needed.

Review 78:Delightful welcome from very attentive staff. The receptionist on duty when I arrived was lovely and she was at pains to show all that the hotel and town had to offer. Room very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good if a little impersonal and was self service. Parking for my motorcycle was at rear of hotel in private area, not gated but well out of sight. The receptionist made sure that I could see my bike from the room window a nice touch.
