Review 1：Everything was perfect, and the only recommendation I would make would be to look at the speed of the broadband and wifi provided as on occasion it was incredibly slow to load web pages and e-mail. Mind you, this would only really be of concern to those of us who unfortunately need to continue with a bit of work whilst on holiday!
Review 2：Location, quality of apartment and staff were all fantastic. Our apartment which was a luxury two bed, had an amazing view and an even more amazing terrace to enjoy it from. Would definitely stay again!

Review 5：Few little extras like salt and pepper in the cupboard or a clean tea towel would go a long way to make the stay more comfortable and would not cost a lot to organise specially for international travellers. Even a starter pack to be purchased at the reception would be welcome. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Review 8：You are not allowed to walk the grass and there is no access to the pool between blocks A and D. There is a wifi access point in every flat - which is overkill, however, address space is limited and it is hard to get connected at all. If you manage.. the typical average bandwidth is below 100Kbit/s, i.e. like last century. For a property of this price they should invest in bandwidth and modernize their system. There is very good mobile data coverage. So get a SIM card. I find it shocking that WIFI cannot be considered as "included". Kitchen is well equipped in general (I bring my own knifes) and what is not there can be requested. However, some things like the can opener or grater have been purchased for 99 Cent or so and are virtually unusual (and break). I do not understand why they cannot invest 5 Euro, make the guests happy and it will last 10 times longer.
Review 9：10 mins walk to city centre, 5 mins to harbour, supermarket casino opposite. Very spatious and generally well equipped.
Review 10：The flat was spotless but I don't think that the tiled floor is washed properly as our feet were very dirty after walking around inside. Shame that they don't provide a little starter pack with washing-up liquid, sponge etc upon arrival. Also an oven without oven gloves makes no sense! Pool not very child friendly as very deep. It's big enough to have had a shallow section.

Review 13：The wifi is very intermittent, which was slightly frustrating. Our receptionist also forgot to provide us with the air conditioning and TV remotes until we were due to leave, however we weren't bothered by the TV and we manually switched the air con units on when needed. The only problem is Mosquitos due to the marsh nearby.
Review 14：The two bedroom apartment was at the end of block D, ground floor with lovely views of the marsh. It was quiet and private. The balcony and facilities are excellent, which worked well for our family of five. We were happy to walk the short distance to the pool and think the added privacy plus security provided by not allowing people to walk on the grass is good.
Review 15：Given an early check in of 3pm instead of 5pm through booking.com but even though we had email of confirmation, were told it was an error and no-one gets early check in. Quite rude when I showed email. Still made to wait until 4.30pm. Asked for a toddler friendly ground floor apartment, but were over basement maintenance apartment so terrace had a 3 metre drop onto concrete. Also v noisy with staff coming and going early morning with cleaning trolleys etc. Kid's room opened directly onto large terrace with French doors which were impossible to lock from inside. No-one could get in but our young children could just open and walk out onto unsafe terrace. No walking on grass so had to walk on road beside car park to get to the pool. Very deep pool all over. I am tall but could not stand to hold the children and no inflatables allowed so unsafe for children. No shallow area other than steps. In all I would not recommend to other parents of young children. And I'm not sure they really want young children either...

Review 24：Everything! Great residence, fantastic, clean pool, very clean great and modern apartments. Great location, supermarket just across the road, 10 mins wallk to the port and about 20 mins walk to the village (steep hill so it will keep you fit). beautiful beach Palombagia 15 mins drive but book your beds in advance. Overall we had a fantastic time in Salina Bay and the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Salina Bay, especially to families with children as it is very family friendly. If you don't know French take your dictionary as even menus in the restaurants are in French only but I guess it adds to the charm and authentic feel of the resort. Five start stay, would go back.
Review 25：While everything was nice and we did enjoy our time there, the rooms did feel a little like you were really given just the basics - a few extra items would have gone a long way. For example, kitchen could have done with a kettle and a few more cooking utensils and while you can get an iron from the office you can't get an ironing board. We had a two bedroom and we weren't using the pull out bed but there aren't any more seats so while we had room for 4-6 we had seating for 2 maybe 3 in the living room if we all sat in a row. The coffee table was actually the garden furniture coffee table from the seat on the balcony pulled into the living room. Would be nice if they hadn't been quite so stingy especially for the costs and added a chair or two. Cost 5€ to do a load of laundry and another 5€ if you wanted to use the dryer - seemed a bit excessive.
Review 26：All the rules were a bit intense but it does mean that the place keeps its standards. Fantastic balcony to eat out on overlooking pool - would recommend going for a pool front if possible. Beds really comfortable. Lovely pool. Everything was spotless and taken care of. They genuinely care about the property and it shows. Really helpful to have a grocery store right across from the complex. Lovely bakery walking distance away and great location for the beaches and town of the area. Decent air-conditioning. Wifi was good once you got on it but sometimes you'd get a message that they had hit the max number of connections. Generally very comfortable and a nice place to enjoy Corsica from.
Review 27：Modern accommodation but there is not enough seating inside apartment. No basic facilities - need to buy bin bags, toilet roll and other cleaning products. You cannot walk on the grass so if you want to get to the pool from your apartment you need to walk out to car park and then follow path down to pool which is bad planning and means kids have to negotiate cars which means parents can't switch off!! Be warned bring lots of insect repellant!!

The kitchen only had one socket at counter level for the kettle, toaster and coffee machine. It would have been nice to have enough sun loungers on the terrace for the 4 adults.

Review 35：It would be great to have some basic cleaning supplies to spot clean as cleaning is only once a week. While there is a broom, there's no "windex" or bathroom supplies, or garbage bags. There was a tea towel, but not a dish rag. Also, maybe some basic kitchen supplies - even just salt and pepper would be nice.

Review 38：Fantastic holiday. The reception staff are so professional and Julia at the Poolside Bar was delightful. The facilities are excellent and whilst they are very strict with lots of rules, which can feel slightly clinical, this does keep the standards very high. We can't wait to return!

Review 54：The apartment was large and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding of good quality, everything felt brand new. The complex is exceptionally well looked after, the gardens are lush and manicured. The reception staff were always very helpful .
Review 55：the Internet connection!!!!!! It is utterly unacceptable to have such speed in the 21st century! Either have decent internet or not have one at all. In this case, it is not a matter of bandwidth, but a choice of a really slow speed! For all practical purposes, the property does not have Internet. My husband, who is an IT professional, had to do some work and it was not possible. Please fix this as it is a THORN in an otherwise perfect facility! As an additional small note, I would recommend some additional lighting in the kitchen area and bathroom.

Review 59：Staff not too helpful, we asked for extra stool as we were 5 and only 4 stools, but were told it would not look nice. Reception was closed from 12:00 to 15:00 . Make sure you take enough Euro's as there is no place where you can change Pounds to Euros not even in the airport. The swimming pool is deep 1.5m with no shallow area only near the steps.

Review 63：- We had a sheet change during our 2 week stay, but no mid-stay apartment cleaning. - The kitchen knife was not sharp (therefore dangerous) and we were told there was no steel to sharpen it; and no other knife available. - There should be dishes to go in the oven. - In our apartment there were no essentials left over from previous guests: no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, dried herbs, etc. This has happened in all other apartments we have rented. Do the cleaning staff dispose of everything left behind? I agree perishables should be thrown away but the non-perishables? - There should be an indoor area where youngsters could meet up to play babyfoot, etc. - The gravel in the car park is much too deep.

The rooms are quite new with the a minimalist decoration and you can enjoy a big balcony at night.The hotel has a wide swimming pool with a pool bar. Review 69：Minor point: Linen changed weekly, but rooms only scheduled for cleaning on exit after a fortnight. Might I suggest a weekly apartment clean at the same time as the linen change? A minor quibble, as the apartment was very clean on arival and was easy to maintain; brooms were supplied to sweep away beach sand etc.!

Review 108：Our stay at Salina Bay was as enjoyable as always. We are always renting one of the spacious appartments with large terrace and splendid view on the last floor. These appartments have everything included ( iron, kettle, hairdryer, nespresso machine, towels, cleaning kit, washing mashine). The complex is as immaculate and well maintained as it was 3 years ago when we stayed there for the first time. Even though we are travelling with children we are not set off by the "strict rules" that apply (no ball play in the pool, no stepping on the lawn etc). They contribute to the calm and elegance of this resort and make the stay more enjoyable for everybody.

Review 116：We were very impressed with the apartments at Salina Bay. The residence and grounds are kept in immaculate condition and the pool is lovely. Great location for exploring the beautiful Island of Corsica. Receptionists very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Review 117：You have to pay for your bath towels per set ( hand and bath) and can only get them from the front desk, washing the dishes (and running the dishwasher) is a requirement, but they do not provide any sink soap, dishwasher soap, sponge nor dish towel with which to do it. Ridiculous!

I guess this can be normal in an apartment hotel, but I have stayed in rented flats and other apartment hotels before and this was the first time that these things were not provided. The Residence has in my opinion too many regulations. No walking on the grass, no playing with ball in the pool, do not hang your towel over the terrasse rail etc.

Review 131：If I had to make a negative comment, and it is difficult to do, then it would be that the only facility on site is a swimming pool. If you wanted lunch or a snack then you either return to your apartment or go out. It would be convenient to have a snack bar or restaurant on site. Apart from this there is nothing else that is negative about the place.

Review 133：No kettle even though I requested one (used a pan to boil water). No coffee machine. Hot water in shower tended to go cold after 3 showers, one of us always ended up with a cold shower! Pool, although nice, could have benefitted from heating slightly!!
Review 134：Very clean apartments. Dishwasher, oven & hob & microwave in kitchenette, although only ate breakfast in apartment. Two shower rooms, took a 6 person suite even though only 4 of us. Terrace area was huge and had table and 6 chairs as well as wicker settee. Large pool and sun area where you could buy drinks and ice cream.
Review 135：The lack of basic facilities provided in the apartment such as towels, bin bags, soap, dish washing tablet or even toilet paper was rather appalling for a luxury apartment.
