Review 1：No hot water in the morning of stay Hard uncomfortable bed Unorganised breakfast but ok once understood!

Review 3：Only one very small negative - the sun loungers were very uncomfortable. They look lovely but my goodness they are not comfortable.

Review 4：The location was delightful - very tranquil - a magnificent family home set it beautiful gardens. Lovely shady veranda from which to sit and sip drinks and eat delicious meals. Beautiful air conditioned rooms. This is not a modern hotel and it is not close to any nightlife which suited us perfectly. Very romantic hotel.

Review 5：Room was on ground floor with poor sunlight. Kettle in bathroom and when I plugged it in I plugged out water heater so cold shower. Breakfast poor

Review 7：Our room was in the basement, which means a chilly room in winter time (our visit 21th Dec). Depending on this Xmas period (low season) there were only a few other guests. Why they did not give us a better room? Room in the basement, under the dining room and near the kitchen, was really noisy.

Review 8：Very interesting mansion surrounded by a fascinating garden. History is talking all over the place. This type of lodging is quite different compared to "normal" hotels.

Review 9：The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The hosts made us feel so welcome. We had a candlelight dinner in the gardens and breakfast on the terrace!!! We highly recommend this charming hotel set outside of the city of Motril.

The owners were always on hand, to attend to any need, the food is 5star cooked by a very pleasant chef. When we arrived, 5 english people, had motored for some distance, for a midday meal, their pure enjoyment spoke volumes, for what we were about to enjoy, for the next 3 days.

A chair or stool in my bathroom would have been welcome. Some sort of menu might have helped me with some prices, I never knew what I was paying for what I was eating!
