Review 1：WiFi is just terrible !! Since I belive most of guests is Business, Internet access should be priority.

Review 2：clean and nice rooms, and sauna for Hotel guests is great !

Review 3：Wifi was poor and the network jack in the wall didn't work. The same was true for a colleague so perhaps they aren't even connected to anything. The cleaning service left something to be desired. The countertop in the bathroom never got cleaned during the entire week I was there which leaves me wondering what else didn't get cleaned. Rooms probably get a good cleaning between users since it seemed spotless when I first entered. Also the thermostat in my room couldn't go lower than 20 degrees Celsius. Mind you, it never actually got below 22 since there was no air conditioning meaning that I was sweating in bed at night. According to my colleague though his room was the exact opposite so the hotel seems to have some issues with consistent heating/cooling across the rooms. This was in a period where outside temperatures only reached about 0 to 8 degrees.

Review 4：Employees were kind and helpful. The room was fairly modern and clean upon check-in. Overall the hotel and the room left a good impression. Floor heating in the bathroom/shower was very nice.

Review 5：The price is way too high for a chain hotel. I've stayed in plenty of hotels in Europe that charge less but have more personality. I feel like the Sokos Hotel chain is trying to take advantage of the fact that it's practically the only good option, if you want to stay in the center of Kotka.

Review 6：A cozy room with a nice decor, extremely clean, soft beds, lots of room in the bathroom, excellent breakfast with a good selection of variety of dishes, and a superb location.

Review 33：The key cards, handed to me and to my wife, became invalid twice during our three days stay in the Hotel. . Each time, administrators reloaded the cards, demonstrating their astonishment and referring to the possible impact of some external factors. As a professor of physics, I believe that the probability of the recurrence of such failures in both cards two days in a row is very low. I guess the Hotel administration simply wants to see guests at the desk every day. Please, next time just tell us about it instead of making us run between the room and the lobby.

Review 42：You need to clean your own table to be able to have a breakfast. Restaurant stuff seems to be just random people who never had any professional training. People at the reception are quite stiff and not kind as expected. Rooms are "allergy" non-friendly with heavy wall to wall dusty carpets. We had family room and kids bad (actually mattresses) were placed on the floor.
