Review 1：This only happens in France but there should always be a kitchen kit when you arrive! This means a clean sponge and not something that looks like it could have been dragged through just about anything.
Review 2：We prefer to be in apartment like setups as a family. It's nice being able to cook your own meals and have real storage for you clothes etc. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful..
