Review 1：The only thing that was not so good, it's the bar. It needs a remodeling.
Review 2：It's a really nice building, "indiano" style. And it makes you feel so comfortable.
Review 3：The hotel was in a very good location - within a short walk of the old town but with a sense of spaciousness. There is a very pleasant garden to sit in and the whole hotel had a very peaceful atmosphere.
Review 4：- We tried to have breakfast the only morning we were there but we desisted as serving tables as taking very long. Our impression is that the restaurant was understaffed.
Review 5：- The location of the place was not probably the best in Trujillo (is not exactly in the Plaza Mayor) but still very convenient for a car (they have parking); - The rooms are spacious and very clean. The building is very nice. - Staff at reception is very helpful.

Review 7：Very beautiful hotel in Modernista style. A charming room with a small balcony. Situated very close to the centre of the town.
Review 8：It was hot, we needed air con on, but it only blew out hot air. In explanation in basic Spanish to reception, received 'full on' Spanish explanation which I could not follow.. the air con was not working ... and continued to not work. Still baffled. On street parking is difficult - on site parking expensive. Stayed two nights yet amount of breakfast given on mornings was different. Two toasts each first morning, two between us the next!

Review 10：Food in restaurant poor. Really poor. The upper bedroom floor is in the eaves and so has only a half size window making the room dark and hot. A/c doesn't work. Suggest you ask for a first floor room which would be much better.

Review 18：There is absolutely no sound proofing in the hotel at all. You can hear every word the people inthe next room say. Every afternoon we treated to cildren running round the corridora screaming and shouting- made worse by the echo from the atrium. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it anyone.
Review 19：The reception staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly, very accomodating and courteous. The room was very good and very clean. The waiter who took the morning/early afternoon shift was avery good and very friendly. The secure parking was excellent

Review 22：The restaurant food was nothing special and the waiter was not very friendly If we visit again, we will probably still use the hotel, but we would eat in one of the town's restaurants. Breakfast was quite basic and we would rather pay more and have a better choice.
Review 23：The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, although the bathroom is a little small (but fine for just a night or two). It's an easy walk into the old town and it's within easy access of the main roads. We would recommend the hotel with certain reservations. Parking isn't the easiest to access, but it's secure.

Review 25：Everyone in the establishment is very kind, overall cleanliness of thehotel and room, garage (and at fair price for location), beautifulgarden, although fully renovated and (modernly) functional (WiFi,elevator, dtv…) hotel, they kept the original design of old.
