Review 1：Fabulous location close to skiing, shops, supermarket and restaurants. We were upgraded to a family room as our twin room was very small. Staff were very pleasant.

Review 2：I loved the location and the rooms. However, certain rooms have a better view and larger balcony than others. We stayed twice, once when going to italy and when coming back. Although both rooms suited our needs the first one, room 10 was the business with a big balcony and great view of the mountains. All shopping facilities were available without walking too far.

Review 3：in need of a little tlc eg wallpaper peeling in places, delivery lorries could be noisy in the early morning if sleeping with the french doors open

Review 5：The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly, a five star restaurant in a 2 star hotel, we loved it. The hotel was up to the strandard you can expect, but most important clean.

Review 6：Price for bedroom was the same as a one-bed apartment in Annecy - however location was very central and close to slopes.
