Review 1：Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice facilities for a hostel. Single room was pretty small, but definitely enough for 1-2 night stay. It was peaceful during the night, even though my window was facing the street. Would book again!
Review 2：The bed and the pillow were clean, but uncomfortable. The towel smell bad. The wifi signal was really poor. In any case there was nothing really bad. I will come back definitely.

Review 4：Never felt save in the place. Especially when someone knocked on my door the first night that I should open my door in the middle of the night. Person from the reception left at 10 pm and was not these on Sunday. Very poor securety at the front door. Only one shared shower for both female and male. Didt't like the place and left a day earlier than booked.

Review 6：The staff who is not very fluent in Finnish had deleted our reservation that we had made 2 months in advance. Already then the whole city had been fully booked for the weekend. The guy in the reception hoped that I would just leave, but I waited until he arranged us a room - luckily we got one. The rest of the stay went smoothly.
Review 7：The location is very convenient and this is a great deal. The accommodation includes also tea/coffee and a snack. The room next to cafeteria/reception is noisy.

Review 24：Very friendly personell. I've arrived to the hotel 4 hours before the mentioned check-in time just to leave my luggage but manager admitted me to my room even without additional payment. I was very tired after my early train and such an option was very much precious for me. The rooms in the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Many-many warm and sincere thanks to the personnel for this comfort and for the coffee-room and kitchen abilities, ther always have been fresh coffee, tea and cakes avalable.

Отель расположен рядом с ж.д. вокзалом, в центре города. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, cozy, all cleaned to a shine. The kitchen offers tea, coffee and biscuits included in the price. The hotel is located next to the railway station, in the city center.
