Review 1：Pool and Wellness centre are separated so you cannot go from one to the other without robes etc. Also, you have to pay 15 euro to use Wellness centre and you have to book in.

Review 2：Great location for the Arts and Science Museum, Oceanografico & City centre - About a 25 min walk. Staff very friendly Clean and decent sized room Good selection at breakfast in the morning

Review 3：Internet even the high speed never worked properly. The place is tired, old furniture and the new bathrooms just don't function well. Tub is hard to get into and dangerous, toilet faces bidet, yuck, just needs to be redone from top to bottom. Hallway carpet stained and tired, robes, no fluff and stringy. This is not five star. Pool heated to only 23 - 24 degrees, too cold.

Review 5：Everything. Reception staff was too busy talking on the phone while booking me in with his manager. paid no attention to my needs or demands. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can fell the springs of the mattress. In house food ordering was a nightmare, the staff did not know any english, had no idea of the menu and did not understand what i wanted and proposed to call me later.This hotel is said to be a 5 star, as i m a frequent traveller, this was probably the worse hotel i have been too. Would not recommend it.

Review 15：The staff were very friendly and professional. Our rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Every amenity had been thought of. The towels and robes were high quality, as was the bedding. A nice view from the room. Very pleasant - would stay there again.

Really. The management should Go to Ikea to see what pillows look like in 2015! Parking ... in a large public car-park with a ridiculous ticket system! We fixed the toilet flush ... and gave up on using the safe. Despite their promises, no-one came to open it (it was left locked).

Review 111：Nice hotel but at no time was I ever informed that they would charge afee of 48 euros exc tax per night for my teenage son. They only informedme of this when I was checking out. I had to then pay an additional 300+ euros for a small sit up bed. The Manager was unmoved when I queriedthis and kept showing me some small print which I had never seen. I saidI would meet half way but he was adamant I had to pay the full amount.He had a very disappointing attitude and this rather ruined what hadbeen a very pleasant stay.

Review 115：Breakfast at 19€ is a disgrace. We went for breakfast at 9.30, an hour before they stopped serving only to find runny scrambled egg, burnt sausages & only 1 choice of pastry left. The remaining bread rolls were rock solid. The shower was the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Kept going from cold to very hot - the only reason we weren't scalded was due to the fact that the water flow was so poor.

Review 130：We booked in for two nights, which also included, breakfast and dinner, however, we were extremely disappointed that both evening meals were the same on the Friday and Saturday night. There was no choice other than, Salmon, Steak or Burgers, and the dessert was pumpkin on both nights. Neither of us enjoyed any of the food. If we visit again, which is highly likely, we would not book and have dinner included, we would definitely be dining somewhere else other than the hotel. We also think that the car parking should be included in the price of the stay.

Review 131：The Hotel was fantastic, wonderful location, very comfortable large rooms. The facilities were excellent, and the staff extremely friendly. We also enjoyed the Wellness centre.

Review 132：Very uncomfortable bed and room (stinking every day). Poor breakfast and staff following you out of the restaurant because we simply took an apple from breakfast. WiFi is a joke and the spa facilities are most of the time out of service... Simply don't go there!

The swimming pool was a lovely alternative to going to the beach with loungers and fresh towels and with the gym and sauna all included in the price. The location was a little walk into town but Valencia is flat so easy enough. Overall a lovely place to stay and would come back again.
