Review 1：The typical and traditional Continental Breakfast is actually a complete nightmare for people with Diabetes - everything is high in carbohydrates or simple sugars - concentrated fruit juices, baguettes, croissants etc. Some more fibrous foods would help, such as a Pain Complet and a grainy muesli type cereal (not just Kellogg's chocolate flavoured mush? Maybe ALL hotel chains need to rethink in light of the diabetes epidemic?

Review 2：The hotel is literally minutes from the motorway, and is easy to find even in the dark. A real live Receptionist is waiting to greet you and give you your key.

Review 3：The WiFi signal wasn't strong enough sometimes.

Review 4：We could turn on the heating system: the other hotels that we visited during our trip had deactivated it, since it was August, but travelling by motorbike this wasn't always a good thing. At Brit Hotel we could dry our wet clothes and also be more comfortable ourselves. The location was also very good for us, since we weren't interested in visiting Rennes but only needed a nice hotel close to the main motorways.
