Review 1：Access code from the entrance door didn't work, so we needed to call customer service and wait for changing the code. So don't forget to get you mobile phone ready.
Review 2：Very nice view from the room, and the room itself was very big and comfortable.
Review 3：A) Only one liquid soap dispenser. B) The Counterpanes (top cover on the bed) had old blood stains on it.
Review 4：I got what I paid for, which was the location. Close to the Sports Centre for the WUSV2015.
Review 5：Facilities were filthy and poorly managed. Laundry was disgusting. Room had obviously not been cleansed properly. Floor filthy, animal and human hair all over chair. Hair in bathroom room, mould in shower. Stains all over walls. What we booked online was not what we received.

Review 15：The room is big but not comfortable: only 1 little cupboard that is not enough for clothes of 3 people; impossible to dry clothes after skiing, not enough crockery for cooking. The cost for accommodation does not match the proposed facilities

One day we could not get inside as the dividing door between Omena Hotel and Forenom Hotel was shut. We could enter right side of hotel but our room was in the left side! This made us a bit nervous about returning in the evening.

Review 53：I had 8 nights reserved at this hotel, confirmation sent to my email address, although when i arrived to Finland i got to know (only in that same day) that the hotel had overbooked rooms and because of that i had to spend the first night in another hotel, far from Lahti center, which was inconvenient.

And the staff nothing was done to fix the problem. In theend, we didn't sleep all night. The child was exhausted. I wasdissatisfied with the work of the staff.
