Review 1：Difficult to access from dual carriageway travelling from the north - more precise directions would be of benefit. We ended up in town and on asking for directions in a local shop, one of the assistants kindly escorted us to the hotel in his own car.

Review 5：The receptionist was very kind but did not speak a word in anotherlanguage. But worse: when we went for a walk with our dog in themorning, the cleaner had not only entered our room, but left the windowwhich faced the parking lot wide open. Anyone could have climed inwithout any trouble at all - and we had both an iMac and photographicgrear lying on the bed in ful vision. They had not even pulled thecurtain shut. Very, very bad. The hotel was cheap, but had our thingsbeen stolen, it would have been very expensive.

Review 9：The only complaint i have is the shower is very dangerous one of our party sliped in the shower but was lucky to break the fall the shower head is very low for strange reason and makes it hard to have a shower

Review 11：We received a call on the ferry over explaining that the address showing was incorrect if keyed into a GPS. I liked this as it saved a lot of time when getting to the destination. Staff were nice. We stayed on a Sunday. The hotel was within walking distance of a few restaurants that were opened.

Review 13：The staff were brilliant. Offered several rooms with various size beds on two differing floors. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. the rooms were a little shabby but spotless.

Review 15：We usually stop around Niort when we're travelling from the uk tothe Pyrenees. The hotel was well situated for us, and the staff werefriendly and helpful. They don't charge for dogs either! Althoughthey were close to the road, we weren't disturbed by traffic.

Review 16：They give a ticket with wifi password that works only in one device. I didn't ask for more tickets since I didn't need more. Location is good if you travel by car, but not close to city centre.

We got two interconnecting, clean, modern, spacious and comfortable rooms for not a lot of money, with secure easy parking (for my car and trailer) and a good breakfast included. We do this journey twice a year and have tried various stopover locations but this is by far the best. Nice Buffalo Grill Restaurant a five minute walk down the road too

Review 20：There was no holder for the shower head so for your morning shower you had to hold the shower head yourself instead of standing underneath it but that was about the only negative I could say.

Review 69：We booked a comfort double room but were given a very small one, if they thought this was spacious I hate to think how small a standard room is! We should have complained but we arrived at 8.30 after a long journey and were too tired to make a fuss!

Review 76：Receptionist spoke no English and showed no interest. Couldn't even tell us what the breakfast was so we skipped it. Booked the larger Double room but just "One" towel provided for 2 people. Also just one cup. one glass, one coffee, sugar etc, Shower head hung from wall and had to hold it in one hand while showering. loud noise from pipes when water running. Much better available in the region for less.

Review 77：A bit difficult to find using the satnav - our TomTom didn't recognisethe Ave Copernic address. Better to use the Route de Paris addressrather than that give on the Booking.com website.

Review 78：Good location not far from the motorway. It was just an overnight stopfor us. Nice little restaurant next to the hotel. Good clean rooms and agood breakfast. Excellent value.

Review 79：We didn't like the location as it is on an industrial estate and there was nowhere nearby to eat. The restaurant next door would have been ideal but it was closed. We were using the hotel as a stop over and didn't want to do more driving to try to find somewhere to eat. The directions given were very difficult to follow as there were no road numbers on the road signs and the route used mostly road numbers. It took us over an hour to find the hotel which was not good at the end of an 8 hour drive.
