Review 2：The receptionists, especially Meraneka, were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble - from arranging train times to local information. The location couldn't have been better, just minutes away from the old town and minutes away from the train station. A trip to Madrid was no hassle at all.

Review 6：Only a few minutes from the train station. My train came in at midnight and I had no problem walking there alone. There was someone at the desk and they kept the room reserved for me. Only about a 7 min walk to the main entrance to the wall.

Review 13：The staff there at the hotel. They were excellent and could be the only reason I might chose the same hotel again. The staff were helpful enough to guide us through the Avila city through the easiest way possible.
Review 14：the reception staff warned us that we can't break anything in the hotel room, they don't have to mention it, of course we know. We don't like her attitude like they thought we are rude persons who will easily spoilt something.
Review 15：The only thing I can refer to is a bad smell that came from the bathroom, but only for a while & possibly it had to do with the draining system & the wind because everything was absolutely clean.

Review 17：The facilities and furniture were old and outdated. The room was not comfortable, it was small and gloomy. The management charges before the stay. I guess so that the guests would not leave after having seen the room. No minibar. The category should have been no more than two stars at the maximum.

Review 19：The breakfast was a bit too simple, with industrial packed pastries, it felt sad compared to the fabulous quality of every single pastry shop and cafe-bar we went into. The breakfast room was very pleasant, though, and the cofee was OK.
Review 20：I loved the location, at easy walking distance from the train station, in a pleasant square, and next to a little stone chapel. central, but not noisy. There are great eating cafes full of tapas a few steps away. I liked the kindness of the staff when I requested help and the swift change of room when I requested a different view (make sure to request a view, some loft rooms have a high window that is inaccessible). I would return without doubts
