Reviews for Logis Alp'Hotel
Review 1:View could be better, but at the price not really a problem.
Review 2:Excellent location, can walk to village center easily. Parking on-site. Small indoor pool to relax. Good restaurant. Beautiful hotel.
Review 3:- Clean and comfortable hotel but some maintenance is required (fixing a part of the jacuzzi, increasing the pool temperature, some minor work in the bedrooms etc) - The lounge and fireplace were not in use at the time of visit (perhaps a bit remote from the main grounds on the 1st floor) - Parking space is limited (you may have to park the car somewhere else, for about 70 euros per week)
Review 4:- Nice overall atmosphere (interior decoration, friendly and competent staff, well behaved other guests whether families or couples of all ages) - Great location (right in between village centre and the street with most restaurants, 5-minute walk to the slopes) - Excellent food (fresh and tasty) and breakfast served until 10 am - Wellness facilities (pool, small jacuzzi, sauna and hammam)
Review 5:Breakfast was lovely but a bit overpriced at 15 euros so we ate out after the first day.
Review 6:Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable, robes, slippers were an unexpected surprise and was lovely having the pool area at the end if a days skiing. Great location close to ski set point service ski hire shop, lift pass office and lifts. Would definitely recommend.
Review 7:Poorly maintained parking area- not cleared of snow, so had to use paid parking facilities Weak wifi in rooms High levels of noise from surrounding rooms
Review 8:Nicely decorated rooms Good pool area (though pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer) Excellent restaurant
Review 9:no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, would of been nice to make a brew. No english speaking, TV channels. (didn't ask the staff to fix it though so might of been possible).
Review 10:location is pretty good, staff warm and friendly, breakfast wholesome , (traditional french, but some hot food too), has a small pool, ham-man and Jacuzzi, Ski Locker. short 2 mins walk to centre of resort. close to plenty of other facilities too. ( I got a free park spot out back! as no other vehicles could get in at the time.!!) Landrovers do come in handy occasionally!!
Review 11:Booked two queen size beds, for one queen and two dodgy inadequate " put you up" camp beds so no decent nights sleep for two! No toilet extractor so fragrantly French on occasions.
Review 12:Great location, clean, cosy and with alpine character. Helpful staff and great food. Pool, sauna etc excellent.
Review 13:Mini fridge in room had spilt orange juice all over the bottom and all items within were out of date. Could do with a good clean behind furniture in bedroom. Battleship grey in two tones not a colour we would have chosen for bathroom and toilet. Cracked slab on balcony with rather large weed coming up through.
Review 14:Ideally located for our trip through the Alps. Manager friendly and helpful. Food was good. Lovely swimming pool and spa but we did not have time to use this. Room had everything we needed and bedding was clean. Bathroom newley refurbished.
Review 15:The hotel staff were very helpful with an unusual request from us which was a huge help.
Review 16:The room was small for four persons
Review 17:Location
Review 18:Lack of a decent lounge. It was a room next to the pool with no windows. I have been in more welcoming doctors waiting rooms.
Review 19:Location and facilities
Review 20:Little snow for time of year
Review 21:Helpfull staff
Review 22:The carpet in the room. The TV in the room( old and small).
Review 23:The amability of the staff. The excellent quality of breakfast The charming terrase. A perfect location. The best.
Review 24:We tried a few restaurants in la Clusaz during our weeks stay and the best was the hotels. Great food, beautifully presented and reasonable cost. The pool jacuzzi steam room and sauna we great too.
Review 25:The breakfast was really nice but the evening meals were absolutely amazing and brilliant value. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Fantastic location next to the ski lift and ski bus stop.
Review 26:The parking could be a bit difficult for the ones with big cars or not so experienced in parking. Inadequate room isolation and closeness to street can be bothersome if you're looking for a very quiet place.
Review 27:Very very kind and professional personnel. Close to downtown and restaurants. Indoors swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are a must. Good breakfast.
Review 28:the bathroom and restroom cleaning can be improved (hairs and fungis not systematically removed), also the swimming pool should be cleaned more often. The parking is really small : only 6 park places available for 43 people...
Review 29:staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very well located.
Review 30:It's quite a trek to the ski lifts with all your equipment etc. the hotel recommends a ski hire shop near the hotel but if you use the rental shop by the ski lifts you get a complementary locker.
Review 31:Very nice hotel. Has everything you need on a small scale. Helpful staff and good food. Nice location in the village.
Review 32:The kindness of the staff, the rooms are very nice, very comfortable and quiet, the restaurant is of high quality (closed at lunch time), the pool/sauna/hamman/jacuzi after skiing is so nice!
Review 33:We could not stay longer!
Review 34:We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and weasked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route.Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time wonderful. Hopefully we will be able to return to this hotel in the not too distant future.
Review 35:The advertised normal rates are perhaps too high. The steam room, Im not sure exists. I think its a shower with steam facilities!
Review 36:I thought this hotel was excelant value for money but we paid a very cheap price.
Review 37:Ski boot place where they had agreed 15% discount was far fromthe slope. No outside bit
Review 38:The staff in this comfortable hotel were so friendly always brought us adrink with a smile and it was relaxing to play cards with the kids inthe empty bar in the evening. No outside access was a bit of a shame butvery comfortable friendly hotel with excellent breakfast
