Review 1：The staff were not the kindest, but they were OK. We did speak only English, and it was on the 4th day when they told us there was an English language menu in the restaurant. Our room was in the new wing of the hotel, with a sight to the mountains, but others with a room of the old wing of the building were suffering from noises of the main road.

Review 2：We booked the room in the new wing of the hotel. This part of the building is modern, with beautiful, cleanest rooms and furniture. The wellness is perfect, with nice glass-walls, relax beds and soft music in it, with a sight to the small garden. The breakfast was superb! The hotel itself is situated on the edge of Ebbs, the place is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling or swimming in the small lakes of the Alps.

Review 3：1-At arrival, there was no one at the reception desk for about 20 minutes! that was a looong waiting time for us,we have been travelling for more then 8 hours,so getting our accomodation was really nedeed faster....the lady did not give even one small smile....not a very "welcoming" feeling.... 2-it was very disturbing to wake up at 7;45 in the morning, to a very big noise ...just because 2 workers had to "break" the sidewalk..exactly at that hour :(

Review 12：It's useful to speak German, only 2-3 persons at the hotel speak some English. Not really a problem, as they were very friendly and helpful.

Review 13：Very child friendly. The hotel has good bikes to hire, and there are lots of extremely accessible bike trails all around. Beautiful area for biking/hiking. Decent restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and brand new (in the new part of the hotel).
