Review 1：- we were a group of 14 ladies and to reach the reception of the hotel one needed to climb around 10 steep steps with our baggage which we were not aware of when booking; very embarrassing all members decided to open their bags on the road to remove a night change; there was no one able to assist us with the baggage; no one in the hotel spoke english which was difficult as we could not get even the simplest messages across Overall a very miserable stay; will I stay here again - never;

Review 8：Ideal hotel for visiting the old city of Avila. 15 mins each way to the city and the stations. Good breakfast and comfortable, clean room with view over the mountains. Staff helpful. Reasonable price.
