Review 1：People screaming all night, couple above rocking the headboard all night, I.e shagging, which I have no problem with but when you can't sleep it's real annoying, apartments require soundproofing

Review 10：The flat could be better equipped compared to other places we have stayed; we had to specifically ask a wine opener from the reception and there was no oven, bread toaster or coffee maker. The flat could be better maintained; the bathroom needs fixing in some places as we noticed water leaking from the shower on the floor. The water pressure and temperature modes could be better. Parking space is mentioned as "not necessary" to book but once we were there, the girl at the reception told us the parking was fully booked and sent us to another parking a bit further away. Luckily, we figured out on our own that we could park for free close to the hotel within the white lanes.

Review 11：Good location. Nice and spacious apartment (we rented the atico, on the last floor). There was a big terrace that we spent a lot of time especially during new years eve.

Review 12：Staff was very helpfull and Hospitality was perfect. One of the staff name is Sandra was speaking very good and clear English which is very important. Connection to airport and the othersides of the city by metro angel guimera station is very easy.

The wait was incredibly long to speak to reception many times. Bad service at reception.

Review 37：It's hard to park nearby, and the spots are monitored by people who don't want scratching your car, so we used the hotel parking, which was reasonable and safe.

Just a few steps away from all the things you want to see. Metro around the corner. Beach can be reached by bus, metro or bike, it will take about 30 minutes. I will advice renting a bike, beautifull bike ride! If ever back in Valencia, will book this apartment again!

Review 41：We did not like the maschine by the entrance door, while we arrived after midnight there was no more staff there so the machine welcomed us, we did have to pay 60% of the booking amount into the machine with credit card ( you have to know the PIN of the CC). The machine gave us only 1 card to open the doors. The smell in room was really bed in the morning ( every morning, smell of canalization, really awful) directly in the whole flat), the water in the bathroom pipe was pouring, the furniture was quite worn out and damaged). There is public parking available around the hotel, but it is quiet hard to find a free space ( paying by hour 1.20 eur)- saturdays after 14:00 till monday 8:00 ( morning) you do not need to pay for parking but it is almost everything full. Our room had a main street wiew so it was very lousy, all the cars smell and noise from the street came in.

Review 42：The location of hotel is good, not hard to find, near historical center ( walking distance 5 min). The wifi was working more or less in the whole flat.

Review 43：Staff was so committed and friendly. Specially Jose, who help us in everything from tourism suggestions to repair our car. He made our stay truly wonderful and unforgettable.

Review 44：During my one month stay cleaning ladies forgot to clean the appartmentthree times (cleaning is provided every 3 days) and I had to remind thereceptionist each time. I also asked for additional blankets at thebeginning and each time cleaning ladies removed them and I had to askagain to get the blankets back. A bit annoying considering I was a long-term guest! The flat was not new but renovated, some parts on the floorwere damaged (linoleum); there were no doors separating rooms (alsobathroom and wc separated only by swining glass door not up to theceiling). In the kitchen only very basic utensils were provided; I coulduse a drying rack and salad bowl for example.

Review 46：When I arrived nothing at reception was working so I didn't have a key for two hours. The receptionist seemed very stressed which was understandable, but it made me uncomfortable as I didn't feel welcome with my request to check in. The walls were in need of a coat of paint and some of the fixtures could do with some tlc but generally the apartment was in good shape. The bed was clean and so were the towels.

Review 59：I arrived here for a 3 night stay with my mum in June and was very disappointed with the accommodation. It was very unclean with food down the side of the fridge which was very visible, the patio doors were incredibly dirty and generally the whole place was dirty. I will say that the reception looked clean though. The apartment was also in a state of general disrepair which coat hooks hanging off the wall, the shower hose bracket was broken in 2 places which meant that you needed to hold the head whilst showering! I could keep going in about the state of the place but I think you get the idea. And don't be fooled by the picture of the roof terrace, this was really dirty and there were no loungers which I had seen pictured and the table and chairs were not very nice. If they made the effort it could be really nice and a great reason to book this place. I have no idea how this property got should good reviews but in my opinion it is average and in need of a refurb.

Review 60：The location was good, it was only about a 15 walk to the cathedral which was nice and there was a lovely restaurant opposite which opened late at the weekends. The pastry shop which is also opposite was lovely too.

Review 61：Firstly, additional sofa is not good for children. Secondly, because of late arrival I wanted a coffe but coffe machine was not working during two days we stayed there.

Review 75：It is very good located, just 10 minutes walk from the central market. The apartment was big, clean and well furnished. They cleaned every three days. The metro station is 2-3 minutes walk and connect you direct with airport. There is a parking that can be used if you rent a bike. We will come back.

Obviously I didn't stay - water is a basic.

Review 104：- We booked a non smoking room, however our flat (and everything inside it :-( ) was stinking like hell of nasty cigarette smoke which made it an unbearable and unpleasant experience. - The flat was not very hygenic, specially the kitchen area, and also sofas which had all sorts of stains on them. Some of the stains on the sofa was suggesting that previous residents had some fun of sexual natures on the sofas and no-one has bothered to clean them up. Disgusting. :-( - CAR PARK was a NIGHTMARE. Thet flats do NOT have a car park. They have an agreement with a garage nearby, however the garage was charging 14 euros for every 24 hours, or every entry. For instance if we were going out 3 times a day, we had to pay 42 Euros, unless we were not moving the car for 24 hours. Very expensive and impractical. We could park on the blue areas on street (pay and display with renew every 2 hours) or park on the white area for free, however it was exetremely hard to find any free space. -WIFI was so rubbish. We spent 3 nights in these flats and the wifi was very slow and intermittent for the first night and was not working at all for the 2nd and 3rd night. The staff were quite helpful, however there was not much they could do. Our stay here was an awful experience overall, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Review 105：- The location is near the town Centre, which is quite alright, and there are local shops nearby. -The staff were quite good they were willing to do what they practically could to help. Although my experience was NOT very good, but I don't blame the staff. - The price was reasonable.
