Review 1：Nothing really special, very old apartment but electricity worked, hot water worked, heater was sufficient. Bathroom was very small and squished, not much room to move.

Review 2：The apartment was extremely hot, and it was impossible to turn off the heating system.

Review 6：Don't go to that apartments, especially in winter. When we arrived the window was open and it was a bit above 0 inside, steam was coming out of our mouths, everything we touched was icy cold. It warmed up to around +15 when we used the stove, but wouldn't get any warmer. We had to sleep in our clothes and even wear hats at night. Second night we had to move to a nearby hotel, we lost our money for that night. It was a holiday, so the staff was out of reach. Later they didn't even bother to reply to our complaints on email.

Review 7：Helsinki is not the cheapest place on earth. For the money the room was just enough to sleep, eat and take a shower. Furniture very basic. Bed squealed. Floor a bit worn out. Basically clean and with good location.

Review 29：Very unfriendly atmosphere: everywhere warnings, like "don't steal", "punishment for this and that", "you must do this and mustn't do that", etc. I felt like being a criminal granted to stay for a night in someone's place, but being warned all the time to behave. Communication with staff was very poor, 5 hours prior arrival I did not have the confirmation if we can check in late or not. Payment was complicated as well, I have tried 3 different credit cards, all of them have been refused, there was no answer (reason) for days.

Review 32：Looks like it was the same key for whole doors, for gate, entrance door, room door, feels unsecured. We want to leave our luggage on reception during the day, but reception was not working on weekends.

Review 34：Staff was rude and unhelpful. Walls are paper thin, so one can hear even normal conversation from the neighbours. Oddly, the appt does not have a kitchen table or desk. It's ok for sleep, but even eating is a challenge. No control of heating.

Review 56：It was so clean I challenged myself to find some dirt. I found a little soap scum behind the washer, that was all. The apartment was very stark by American standards, but everything we needed was there, the beds were fine, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, wifi was strong. Highly recommended if one is not looking for luxury.

Review 74：Very small room. Tiny and old fashioned lift which couldn't hold more than two or maximum three persons. Terribly hot both day and night (no aircon nor fan). Silly regulations like forbidden to shower after 10pm. Old, very worn and low quality furniture and hard beds. Tiny and old TV. No toilet paper nor detergents there - had tp buy everything. Reception offers possibility to hold luggage after check-out but they open only after the time you're required to leave the keys back in the mailbox which means you have to wait outside intil they open.

Review 83：For two nights we were annoyed and kept from sleep by heavy music coming from a neighbouring house. On Saturday this noise continued till about 4.30 am. Furthermore the bathroom was very small and shower is very basic.

We arrived while someone was supposed to be there but they had already left so we had to call booking.com to get all the passwords with the extra cost of calling abroad. Review 102：No air-condition or air ventilation. Had to open window (did not open fully) and the entrance door to create a draft. The apartment was hot.

Review 103：The location was excellent. The apartment had all appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine, iron board, vacuum cleaner, very nice bathroom and was clean.

Review 104：Arriving late at night was not a problem, however the map supplied in our welcome pack could have been better. The map was more a map of entire city, then a map with directions for were we needed to go. An enlarged street map to our appartment location would have been more helpful. The beds were too hard for our liking,and only one pillow each.

Review 106：The flat requires renovation. Almost every item has some dents, scratches. Every item has some fault (broken switches, sliders, buttons). Lots of dust. The washing machine stinks awfully. In addition - when I asked if the children crib is available instead of answering I got charged with the fee without question. Review 109：The locationwas really good. It is in the center of the city and close to every attraction point and all of the transportations. It was clean and comfortable.

Review 110：The apartment was located in an old building with no elevator. The bathroom could be improved a bit as the sink is really small and the shower is pretty basic. The process of taking over the room was slightly complicated as you first need to arrive at their office place and pick up the keys from a pigeon hole and a letter that sends you to a different place which is close but for a person that's just arrived in the city might not be very straight forward, might be helpful if you receive the address of the apartment in advance so you can prepare. Also the information on the wall about wifi is outdated, so it might be better to remove it.

Review 111：The apartment was really nice and had everything needed in it. Absolutely satisfied with the bedroom and the kitchenette. The location is also really nice and the price was really good. The staff was helpful.

Review 112：- relatively expensive parking fees 2 euros per hour and the machines take only coins, so had to run arround the area for exchanging money. So you better plan your coins in advance; - the conditions include the penalty of 500 euros for any breakages, which we found somewhat terrifying.

Review 115：The description of the apartment in the listing not correct. I was disappointed when I realized the promised large studio was a small studio around 17 square meters. Also the noise of the elevator was distracting when someone used it for going down.

Review 119：The photos on the webpage don't really correspond with reality. The cleanliness should be improved. Furthermore the bedlinen looked quite old, also the pillow and matress should be replaced very soon. Regarding the bathroom the shower curtain had a terrible smell after it got wet and the towels should be replaced as well. Sometimes neighbours were quite noisy, also at nighttime or in the early morning hours.

Review 121：a bit noisy... nothing really included ( ran out of toilet paper? buy your own .....no clean towels or beddings unless you stay over a week....there is a washing machine provided but in finnish.. no instructions in other languages --- no toiletries included either ...so basically its a flat where you need to buy your own everything ... a bit noisy too... they were asking us not to be loud between 10pm and 7 am... but the fellow inhabitants were running.. screaming and banging most of the times.. they`ve said no pet allowed but there were dogs in the building...barking most mornings. tv - said to have dvd player - but most of the times was not working / losing signal. I know ,,its a vacation and theres no need for a tv..but after a good walk within the city , 10-15 minutes of tv in the evening to relax would've been great... room was smaller than advertised ...small studio but it did have everything . again for a `hotel` that caters for foreign visitors I would've loved to have maybe a socket adaptor... also, the location is misleading... the key pick up point is different from the actual hotel. and we have had to rely on google maps to reach the actual hotel. as the instructions were more suitable for those whom knew Helsinki .

Review 122：location wise is great...walking distance for everything ...5 minutes from the rock church... 5 minutes from kamppi shopping/bus coach ... 10 minutes from the train station...about 10 minutes from the city centre and 15/20 minutes from the market place. quite few good pubs and restaurants around.

Review 123：The apartment was not clean. There was dust on the floor. The sleeping couch with pillows and bed linen had stains Some of the furniture was broken ( balcony chairs, lamp shade, windows shades) The couch itself looked worn out in a sense of showing sleeping or sitting "valleys" Certainly not what one expects when booking this category and at this price When reported to the local management no sincere motivation to take care of those issues ( you paid already so what do you want attitude)

Review 125：All the words on the washing machine was Finnish. So I couldn't understand them at all. I tried, but the squeezing part was not enough. I don't know the machine has a problem or my misunderstanding was a problem. Anyway I had a big problem to dry my laundry.

Review 127：Great location! Near to most popular places of the city. Stuff don't disturb and if you arrive very late or depart before chek-out you may don't see anyone. Because you get the keys from the keys box

Review 128：Had to change flats due to the noise around the ground floor flat over the weekend. Had to wait, however, for the move until Monday because the office is closed on Sundays. Fortunately, the second flat was even better located in central Helsinki but moving all the stuff there (0.5 km) was a pain. Very small TV set and no bed-side table. Very early check-out time 10 am is too early considering that the check-in is possible only at 3 pm (on a Saturday). Rather expensive.

Review 129：The flat contained all that I needed for a week but no luxury. Excellent location: in walking distance from everywhere and public transport (tram, metro, bus) also very near. Great shopping and sports facilities as well as restaurants nearby.

Review 135：Fantastic location. Cozy apartment with ALL necessary items to cook (yes, to COOK, hot just heat prepared food), plus dishwasher, airheater,.......and for two services (4 forks, 4 glasses, 4 cups....). Very close to center but extremely quiet. Supermarkets almost at the corner.
