Review 1：There are just 26 rooms in this oasis of luxury and over 90 staff. This is true five star old school luxury - no gauche gimmicks. Guests are primarily French and Swiss.

Review 12：Reception girls not attentive enough on arrival. Waiting a long time to be booked into room. Appearances of the girls too dull for class of hotel. Kitchen staff could not understand a simple breakfast request - scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on the side. It all came chopped and cooked together. Awful. Very hard mattresses on beds, not a good night sleep I had to put two bath towels under the sheet the first night and had to call housekeeping to put a softer cover over mattress under sheet for the second night. Housekeeper was surprised that the beds had been made up with the towels still where I had placed them and no one had told her.
