Review 1：When we booked it did not make it clear that we had booked a smoking room. there were no options and it was not stated in the confirmation. We asked about this but told there were no other rooms.We slept with window open even though it was cold. We were also charged for parking when we did not use it.

Review 15：Hotel is "oldie worldie" yet modern in a town of historical interest. Plenty to see, many bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to find and with secure parking. Breakfast was OK.

Review 16：They said they had air conditioning, but the rooms never cooled down for us or the other couple in our party. With the heat the whole area was suffering (abnormal heat-wave) AC would have made the stay much better.

Review 17：The rooms were nice. The hotel was very convenient to Avilla, Segovia, and Salamanca.

Review 18：The hotel staff did not speak English and we don't speak Spanish. There was supposed to be secure parking but it was not at the hotel and, due to language difficulties, we ended up leaving our heavily loaded car in the street opposite the hotel. Forunately, nothing untoward happened.

Review 20：The only BIG dissapointment was the breakfast. It was held in the basement room that smelled bad, many of the foods were kept in warm table for I don't know how many hours and the variety was quite dissapointing considering it was a 4 stars hotel.
