Review 1：Very small rooms, Poor breakfast, The water in the bathroom was cold and also the temperature of the room was cold and the central header wasn't working.

Review 4：The room was clean and very essential. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Recommended if you need an accomodation for few nights and if you want to stay close to city center.

(breakfast start 7:30 at the weekend) We ask staff on reception something solution, but she offered just that we can buy drink or food half price from buffet at reception. We were very diaspointed, because breakfast was paid for 2 person in advance. I think it was not a friendly solution from a 4 stars hotel.

Review 36：Water pressure on 8th floor was minimal. Someone with long hair might not get the shampoo out of the hair.Breakfast was exactly the same every day right down to the 2 same kind of ham and cheese. No egg cups - saw a guest eat the egg with fork and knife, because he didn't know, what else to do with it. The coffee at breakfast was so bad, that people left the full mugs. We learned after the 2nd day, that the coffee from the lobby was better and chose to bring that up to breakfast.

Review 37：We came from the airport with bus nr.615 which stops, very conveniently, in front of the hotel. Ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We booked a Superior room on the 8th floor overlooking the market square and view of the sea. Supermarket, fast food restaurants, pharmacy and the market hall right next door. Trams, busses,subway station in front of hotel. Walking distance to town center.

Review 47：Simple breakfast Dirty room. In 4 days, they didn't clean it even once, because on the daytime our baby was sleeping, and we hanged the "do not disturb " card. We asked to clean the room before 1 p.m, but they never did it. The windows in the room don't open, and the conditioner works all the time. It was cold in the room, especially at night. And also the fire alarm lamp was right under the bed and blinked all the night. It was hard to sleep, really.

Review 57：Another hotel that advertises free wifi in rooms, however it was so weak I could only open browsers less than 50 percent of the time. As typical with these type hotels, they are not concerned with improving service. Receptionist was rude when asked anything as if you were bothering her.

Review 58：We checked -out at 5:30 am and had alarmed about this in time of check-in. And asked about breakfast. We were advised that once we came in morning "we prepare something for you from our snack-desk". Finally it was only coffee. Once in Milan in the same situation we found out two lunch-boxes in our room, prepared from the evening by stuff instead of usual breakfast.

Review 63：Rooms facing the street have noise from early morning cleaning vehicles plus commuter traffic. However, the triple-glazed windows keep this very low. The lobby is spartan and small, and not what you need for spending entire days or evenings in the hotel. However, there are many venues and other grander hotels very close by.

Review 64：The Hotel is located on the very large Hakaniemi market square, which has day-stalls plus a market hall. The front door is just a few metres from an entrance to Hakaniemi metro station and the trams and buses also stop just outside in separate lanes from ordinary traffic. Bus #615 goes all the way to Helsinki Vantaa airport. Walking to the city center and main railway station takes 15 minute - over a scenic bridge and either keep going along the street or cut through a local park. A scenic waterfront just past the square wraps around the block and you can carry-on walking all the way downtown that way as well. Our double room was modern, spacious, comfortable and clean, and the shower cubicle was pleasantly larger than average. The view from the breakfast room made it seem exciting to just get out and go. Security is very good and the few staff on duty were very helpful. Our overall impression: Fabulous and affordable.

It's calm and cosy (for a chain hotel!) withfriendly service.

Review 69：The hotel as good as i expected when i booked. It's is clean, silent and the stuff is very helpful. When i entered to my room i had a feeling that noone every slept here before, it's looked quite new and charming.However there were lot of people i didn't hear any disturbing voices.The room equpiment contain much more than i expected: huge safe desposit box, towels for the sauna, plus blankets for the sauna, bible and sweets. At the arrival the screen of the tv showed my name which was also nice. Cumulus Hakaniemi is located in a great pleace where you can find market and a small lake. I recommend it for everybody.

Review 83：The position is very central: you can easily get there by tram n.9 from the Tallink harbour and by bus 615 you can reach the airport in half an hour. Both the tram and the bus stop in front of the hotel. You need a 15 mins walk to reach the market square,but there are many busses if you don't want to walk. The rooms are clean, silent, comfortable. The breakfast was various and rich; we used to eat sweet breakfast but we did not miss anything here. They kept our luggages and we could print some docs through the pc/printer available for the guests. The staff is kind and available.
