Review 1：The position on the sea front is very good. The staff were very friendly. We were also upgraded from the inside room which we had booked, to a sea front room with balcony.

Review 5：We were there out of season so the hotel was very quiet. We found the staff to be quite difficult in some cases not very willing to help or particularly friendly. There wasn't much of an atmosphere. We had an internal room which was fine for a couple of days but if you're staying any longer I think it would get very claustrophobic. In general the hotel is a bit dated inside. The restaurant seemed very formal so we didn't eat there in the end. It did seem to get fairly busy most nights.

Review 6：The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach in the centre of the town. Breakfasts had a good variety of hot and cold food available and the dining room had a terrific view.

Review 11：The location and scenery was perfect for a get away from the crowds. Which was exactly what we were looking for. Tho we arrived on Sunday afternoon it was quite bustling but during the week was much quieter. Had balcony room with stunning view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. The decor is quaint and homely. Llafranch is a beautiful place. Llafranch hotel is in perfect location with stunning views. Would certainly recommend.

Review 12：Michelin Guide 2011-14 - but not 2015 or 2016. Breakfast coffee from a very nasty machine. A double room - but only a single bath towel provided. Dining room tables left laid and unused for days. Management needs a rocket. The staff were nice though.

Review 14：Two single beds pushed together does not make a double bed. We kept falling down the crack between the beds. If the beds had been secured together at their feet, it could have been easily prevented.

Review 18：We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Llafranc. Situated right by the beach, the view is spectacular, something we enjoyed every morning when we had breakfast on the terrace. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 25：A very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very good. White sandy beach and safe swimming. Walking paths to nearby towns.

Review 34：The rooms with good views must be very good - but ours was not the one of them. Ours had no views at all and only a shed of light from a small light-dwell. Besides we needed to use the air conditioner (in May) which was so noisy.

Review 37：No air conditioning control per room, they have a general system for the whole building and it was at heating mode, it was hot for me and I needed to sleep with open windows in order to get some cool air. Good think was that I can then listen to the sea.

Hearing the waves as you go to sleep is fabulous. The photos in the bar area of film star & celebrity visitors to Llafranc is not to be missed.

There was a excelolent chioce of either hot (fried eggs. bacon, sausages and grilled tomatoes) or cold meats and a choice of nice cheese.. A plentiful supply of FRESH fruit and sweet cake. The staff were courteous and always at hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Review 59：This a minor point but important...on some mornings the breakfasts were erratic..I think two people should be present at all times to ensure the flow and all machines are working and thatsupplies are maintained

Will definately be visiting again!

Review 67：A very friendly hotel in a great location in a stunning seaside village. Rooms are fairly basic, but are clean and offer all that you need for a beachside experience. We shall certainly go back!

Review 68：Three nights out of seven they had a band in the bar area. The music was so loud the vibration made the phones and items on the bedside cabinets fall off, it was not what you would have expected of a hotel in that area. Admittedly they emailed and said there would be some noise but it was horrendous. It did spoil our holiday as we chose the location because we wanted/needed a quiet break.

Review 71：There was only one drawback to our stay. On the evening of our arrival, a Saturday, we settled down to bed at around 11pm after a long day of travelling. We were rudely awakened at 1am by a very noisy disco in our hotel which didn't finish until 3am so we didn't get much sleep that night. We were dismayed to experience the same on the following Friday when the disco finished at 3.30am and the revellers did not depart until at least 4.30am.

Our breakfasts were sumptuous and, on the evening we dined in the hotel, the meal of the day was both good and well priced. Our room had a balcony which was very nice although it did reduce the size of our bedroom. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
