Review 1：What an unpleasant service. Arriving was already strange, not very helpfull staff regarding help for parking in the area or an ATM(as the machine of the hotel was broken, we had to pay in cash).But the worst was the lack of hot water and the (lack of) response by the staff on our complaints.There was only hot water in the mornings. We arrived Friday night. After visiting the city wanted totake a shower, but no hot water. I went downstairs to ask what was wrong, but no-one was at the reception, so I left a note. In the morning we could shower (nice hot water then). But in the afternoon, when we were back to freshen up before dinner, again no hot water. We waited some minutes, but only a bit less cold, but not even warm water. Again left a note, because again no-one at the reception (17 o'clock). Later in the evening, tried again, but nothing. I woke up early, around 6am, no hot water. Tried to sleep again and at 8:30am we had hot water again.When we checked out, the receptionist did not greet but only said "90 euros" (he only spoke Spanish by the way), and did not refer to our earlier complaints. So I said we were not satisfied because of the lack of hot water and he said it was not true, there was hot water 24 hours and we were the only persons complaining about it. So he was sure there was hot water all the time. I said I am not lying, and there is no reason to tell me I am wrong. Then he said nobody is perfect, so there might not have been hot water in the afternoon, but in the night, he was sure there has been hot water all the time. All kinds of stories came by, the hot water takes longerin afternoon and night, as it has to come from the other end of the building. In the morning, with other persons using the shower, it is faster, and therefore we did not try long enough (sure we did wait long, tried to fill the sink at least three times). He kept finding new excuses, but did not appologize one single time, just kept telling me I was wrong.
Review 2：The location is fair, walking distance from the old center. The bathroom was reasonable clean, the airconditioning did work, after changing the socket. The room was ok, the bed a bit small, the noise of the street was bearable (room 201).
