Review 1：The man who checked us in was unhelpful and not interested in anything we said. We had booked parking but he gave us permit for the street where we had to move our car by 9.00 a.m. the following morning. He didn't offer to help carry luggage. The girl at breakfast said 'morning' and nothing else. A male of staff member of staff watched me struggle with luggage on leaving and offered no help. My husband, whose mother comes from Murau and, had wanted to stay at this hotel since childhood was so disappointed that we will not return to the hotel although we will continue to visit Murau.

Review 2：The view from the balcony, particularly at night. The friendly, helpful lady on reception after our initial check-in. The food in the restaurant was good, as ever.

Review 4：Staff are friendly and helpful. food is good and the beer (from next door) is excellent. Murau has a lovely old part, but all the modern shops are close by. The surrounding countryside is beautiful.

Review 6：No wi-fi in the rooms; Very few connector in the rooms. Although there are lot of visitors from Hungary, mo Hungarian menu cards, no Hungarian TV channels available.

Review 9：large rooms, Murau is very nice historical city, good hotel restaurant with tasty local beer, very good hotel for skiing (warm rooms, good sauna, they provide clotheshorse in rooms for drying your ski-clothes:-))
