Review 1：no cleaning service, they cleaned the garbage can and changed one towel, but the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned for the 2 nights I stayed in. No mini-bar (expected on a 4 star hotel).

Review 2：good breakfast, friendly staff, wi-fi, extended check-out until 6pm as I left on a celebration day (December 6th)

Review 3：Singer voice were terrible, no floor to dance, parking hall hard to navigate there, toilet were yellow, even at railway station they manage to keep it white, dinner were served wrongly on the first order, view were not too nice from the room, no booking reference name is harder for stuff to get it right from the computer, keys were not asked back once I leave, public transport is tricky to get there from railway station, gym, pool and sauna I miss a lot, otherwise a great hotel, compare at least in Helsinki harbour where Windows fall out of frame on me, hope never have to visit again, to expensive, similar services are in pair in a youth hostel and its range.

Review 4：Corridors, friendly stuff, pre arrangement by phone, like the mirror and table arrangement in the bathroom in the room and the diner hall, though that toilet need cleaning too

Review 7：Shower handle holder on the wall was broken,did not hold hand held shower head in its holder. No refrigerator in the room after we went and bought groceries,we were not told about no ref. Room was warm and stuffy with no airconditioning turned on. Sink water bubbling up from floor drain. The front desk clerk not welcoming nature,very stiff and cold.

Review 9：This hotel has the worst service I have ever had all around the world during all my visits to all countries and hotels.First of all, there is no cleaning service at all: during two days of my stay the room was not cleaned, I was given only about 1/4 roll of a toilet paper for two days without any supplement rolls, it was dust and dirt close my door in the hallway, a toilet cabin in the hall near the reception wasn't cleaned during two days of my stay (sanitary equipment was in the remains of excrements all the weekend).Second, the restaurant service was out of politeness. During breakfast the waitress counted all the food I ate and all the cups of tea that I drank. After that I was made the remark from the waitress by the rudest way possible. She unpolitely and repeatedly told me that I almost ruined the restaurant business by making a couple of small sandwiches to take with me to train and claimed me to pay a supplement of 10 euros for a damage for the restaurant that I caused by having breakfast where.Third, information about the hotel on the Booking.com site is unreliable: rooms do not have neither refrigerators nor air conditioners.So, I consider my stay in the Cumulus Lahti Hotel as the worst experience I had ever had in my life as a hotel client. This accommodation is No. 1 in my hotels anti-rating.If you chose Cumulus Lahti for a stay where, please take a toilet paper with you, escape public restrooms and be ready to pay extra money for your breakfast in case that your portion exceeds the volume permitted by the waitress. Review 10：Location is the only advantage of this hotel. Единственная положительная черта этого отеля - расположение в центре города и в пешеходной доступности от вокзала (около 15 минут неспешным темпом).

Review 43：The room was very basic. We couldn't control the room temperature, it was a centralised system, luckily we could open the window!!! The room was SO SO dry!! Woke up with dry throat, dry eyes, dry everything!! Opening the window helped but then we had noise from the car park & road.
