Review 1：Room spacious enough and surprisingly quiet considering that the windows faced the street and that there is a nightclub in the premises. Staff at the reception friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Review 3：It was great that I could take a bicycle in your hotel. I could see many interesting places of your city and neighbourhood. And at the same time to strengthen my healthy.

Review 4：a wonderfully refurbished hotel in the center of Lahti, max. 10 min walk from the train station. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfest buffet and super freindly staff.

Review 5：The lifts, there was just one going to the garage. Some more lifts could help shorten the rush hour. The garage itself is quite labyrinth-like.

Review 13：I arrived after 24 hours of travel, without sleep and not able to focus well. Even thought it was the eve of the mid-summer holiday, the staff went out of their way on numerous occasions to accommodate and help me. I will be writing a letter to the executive staff at Solo Sokos to elucidate in detail my extremely high opinion of their helpfulness and gracious service. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The breakfast was a large buffet with an excellent variety of foods tastefully presented...delicious!

Review 31：It was difficult to find because of roadworks in the town and the street it's on had become one-way!

Review 32：The room was large, had all you could possibly need for a short stay and breakfast was amazing, better than anywhere we stayed on our three week tour of Sweden and Finland. The Italian restaurant also produced very high quality food. All the staff we met were polite and friendly.

Review 34：The ventilation/air conditioning is virtually non-existent and you cannot open the window to adjust the temperature. We could not sleep well for 2 out of 3 nights for that reason. The king size bed appears to be quite little even for a medium-sized couple, adding more discomfort to the sleep. Finally, for a city like Lahti the hotel is not cheap at all.

Review 37：currently (November 2012) the hotel was undergoing heavy renovation work. This was not mentioned during the reservation, I believe. Only the 5th floor was entirely renovated and this is were I stayed overnight. Although the construction work was not at all a problem for me, it was unnoticeable as I was present in the hotel during a night, it might be a nuisance for other customers being present during the day.

Review 38：Business trip overnight stay. No time to investigate much. The room was very clean and nicely quiet.

Review 39：-Access to hotel is difficult with many old doors and old shakingelevator that may be at least 60 years old. Safe???- No Breakfast room, no restaurant. Need to walk out of hotel and cross main road to a shop for the included breakfast!! -No Toilet in hotel unless you are inside your checked in room!! -No lobby or even a chair to sit if you are outside your room and want to have a meeting with a visitor to you. -All the above costs Euro155/night!!
