Review 1：Public parking over 200 metres away. Park below or above the SW walls and walk in past the Parador hotel. You may well have to phone for the key if the associated cafe is closed

Review 6：Charmingly fitted out apartment with separate lounge/kitchen and bedroom. There was a full range of facilities for cooking, a sizeable table, coffee table, TV, washing machine, excellent reception free wifi. There was an air conditioning unit in both the lounge and the bedroom. It only took 2 minutes to walk to one if the most beautiful plazas in Ubeda. There was free car parking only 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Review 13：no parking, we had to walk 1 km with our luggage. The overpowering smell of room freshener. The loose water tap in the kitchen. There was only 1 knife.And.....nobody had told us that the key for the apartment had to be picked up in their coffee shop across the road. They charged for the dogs, without telling us beforehand how much they would be charging, if they were to...All in all: not going back there, sorry

Review 16：Great stopover on way to Cordoba. Lovely clean apartment in handy location in historic town with lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking. Key available at Ibuit cafe across the road.
Review 17：We had no way of knowing that we were supposed to pick up the key at the bar half a block away. Also, while the apartment was beautiful, the living room had only one dim light bulb. This was really a problem.

Review 19：Owner too lazy to check his emails so when we arrived 18hrs after booking he didn't know we were booked. Had to ring him & he was unhelpful but finally told us to go to a nearby cafe which, fortunately, was open where a family member (I think) sorted it out. Some of the lights didn't work.

Review 21：Cleaning is not a strong point. one of the towels given to us had a nasty mark on it and the blankets had some mysterious stains on them. We were quite disgusted and happy to only spend one night. plus the lighting in the apartment was terrible.

Review 23：Minor maintenance problems and some more attention in securingapartments are ready to receive guests: used towel was still hanging inone of the showers behind the door and some garbage was left in anotherapartment. Water mains were left closed, etc.
Review 24：Perfect location. Large and well equipped apartments. Generally clean.Some minor maintenance problems. We had 4 apartments between 3 familiesand each had some minor issues. More attention to the state ofpreparation would have solved all. Bottom line is that it is a perfectsolution for families visiting Ubeda and Baeza. Free parking 4 minuteswalk from hotel and center city location combined with free WiFi andvery reasonable price, make it a real winner. Cafe/bar of sameestablishment was especially pleasant, had good service and good foodfor very low prices.
