Review 1：Stairs only, no elevator to upper floor. Staff carried bags up so this was not a problem.

Review 3：Very small and old room, not very pleasant staff. Wifi only in the lobby. Pretty expensive for the facilities, but i guess average for this location. For one-night stay as we had, it's alright, but i wouldn't stay there more.

Review 4：Good location in a beautiful valley, 10 minutes drive from a Gosau lake on one side and same to Hallstatt on other side.

Review 5：The hotel is just close to the bus stop which is quite convenient to people who don't drive the car. The scene around the hotel is fantastic!!! And the breakfast is good.

Review 6：- When you have a plan to travel Gosau, you must check the weather. If the weather is bad, you really don't need to visit there. Even there's no opening restaurant when I visited. I heard that this pension has a great restaurant but I'd never tasted it ever. Also you should check the pension's holiday.

Review 8：The hotel is close to a somewhat noisy road - as we wanted a quiet place in the Alps, this was somewhat of a drawback. They did construct a wall barrier by the outside dining area to protect from the noise and view of the cars, but while sitting on our balcony and staring at the Alps, we do wish we hadn't seen and listened to so many cars and trucks whizzing by. Overall though, everything was wonderful, and they can't really help the positioning of the road.

Review 9：This was a really cozy stay at a great price. The breakfast and restaurant served great food, and the staff were all very friendly. The wifi didn't reach all the way to the rooms, but you can sit in lounges on the first and second floor and get it that way. The room we stayed in was a little dated, but I believe many of their other rooms were not. It was clean and comfortable, though.

Review 13：Well-located accommodation, some 10-15 minutes by car to a cable car leading to great hiking area - family trails as well as challenging climbing possibilities (Gosaukamm). Local supermarket is nearby as well as info-centre. The facility is clean, nice, simple. We stayed in 2-bedroom appartment with kitchennete (well-equipped). Generally, the are was less flooded with tourists, which was great too.

Review 14：One of the rooms booked had the sink in the room and a very small cubicle for a toilet. Not a very positive first impression on first entering the room. Wifi only available from main areas.

Review 15：Location is great. Just a couple of minutes away from Lake Gosau and about 15min from Hallstatt. The view from the hotel is superb. Host was very helpful when we needed a doctor. Dinner at the hotel was lovely. They have a small play area where children could play.

Review 19：The room was small; it had a double bed plus a small eating table and two wooden chairs. I would prefer more space. We had a nice balcony with partitions so guests on each side are separated. They serve breakfast (included in price) and dinner. Dinner at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. We did look out at mountains but heard the traffic even in the small town of Gosau. It was handy to the bus stop to go visit Hallstatt.

Review 20：the language service was bad so i couldn't get right information about the extra charge so when i checked out they charge me different amount without explain pay more charge it makes customer feel bad
