Review 1：We have no complaints that are the owner's fault -- this apartment is what it is. There are no staff on premises; you communicate with the owner via text messages, and he doesn't speak much English. Ubeda is a UNESCO World Heritage town, and we're all anxious to go back again, but forget about finding parking anywhere near this apartment. The listing should perhaps note that you'll probably wind up paying 20 Euros a night to park half a kilometer away in the central public garage.

Review 2：This is one of a small number of refurbished apartments in an old building in Ubeda. The refurbishment has been carried out with superb taste in a very modern, hip style; we were surprised and delighted with the result. The three of us (wife, friend, and I) enjoyed a very comfortable night's sleep, and the modern bathroom was a delight. This set of apartments was obviously well known to the locals (in a good way). An excellent value for the price.

Review 4：Perfect location for walking out into Ubeda. No parking but staff very helpful in showing us where to park for free. Apartment very modern with excellent facilities - aircon throughout, hi- spec bathrooms, kitchen etc Would definitely recommend.

Review 7：My main complaint is that in both apartments we rented the A/C was very weak. There is only a single A/C unit for the entire apartment and sleeping areas in both were way too hot to sleep in (it was 40C+ while we were in Ubeda). One apartment on top floor was unbearable and when I asked not to pay for that night, staff gave me a bottle of olive oil which was nice and I appreciated, but not what I asked for. Other complaint, though it paled in comparison with the AC, was the Wifi that was non-existant in the one apartment, and week in the other. Apartment is on narrow street with little room to stand for loading/unloading and parking is a 12 minutes walk away in underground garage (not a big deal though). Lastly, for this level apartment and cost, they could put a full refrigerator with freezer in the kitchen instead of the minibar like one that has no freezer.

Review 8：Location is just outside the old city (10 minutes walk to main plaza). Staff was very friendly and compensated me with a bottle of fine olive oil (see cons section)

Review 9：He shower was very small. The apartment had double glazing, window shutters & heavy drapes but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

Review 10：Spacious, well decorated, quality apartment. An excellent kitchen whichis well equipped. AC worked very well during the heatwave 40 degrees. Comfortable beds. The manager was very friendly & helpful and saved us a freecarpark on the street.

Review 12：The Apartments have been tastefully renovated and no expense has been spared with the fixtures and fittings. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the property is only a few minutes walk from the attractions in the Historic district.

Review 16：The apartment was superb. The staff were friendly, and the place was little a palace. They turned the heating on prior to arrival on a cold day. We will most certainly stay there again.

Review 17：I reserved an apartment and I was given a room with kitchen and bedroom together It was located at the 4th floor and the lift (that never worked anyway) just reach the 3rd floor With one small kid and a stroller it was a nightmare. I was lucky I just had to stop for one night The bed was not a king size but a queen size one for two people We travelled through Andalucia and in Granada and Sevilla we stayed in wonderful apartments with same or less money. Considered Ubeda is not so "busy" like them the apartment was expensive

Review 31：..the noise insulation from the 3rd floor is just about zero, especially shower and toilet. If your sleeping habits differ from your upstairs neighbours, then you'lll have a bad night.

Review 34：We were only here for one night, but really enjoyed it. Check in went smoothly and the staff were friendly and gave us the opprortunity to practice our Spanish! The appartment was very stylish (just as you see in the pictures) and very clean and spacious. They are well located for the town. The bed was comfy. We realised that it would not be very well equipped for cooking full meals but it was great for a short stay. Highly recommended

Public parking in 500 meters. Difficult to find a parking place in the narrow streets. Supermarket and city market in 3 min walk.
