Review 1：Lacked a couple of cleaning things in the kitchen.

Review 2：Good size apartment, great value for money. Nice views from terrace. Oven, modern comfortable apartment.

Review 3：Address on website was wrong so had trouble finding the hotel! Microwave, safe, remote control were not working, but were fixed the next day! Bad was very uncomfortable.

Review 5：A nice complex of apartments. We had a 1 bedroom that was large on the Ground floor with a private garden which they gave us as we have a large dog, It was clean and modern with a small kitchen that was fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, Hob, Full oven, washing machine and dish washer. You need a car as the complex is a short drive from the resort of sabinilias where there are many Bars and restaurants, shops e.t.c. There is a bar and restaurant in the complex and free WiFi. A great resort and value for money.

Review 6：We stayed in a top floor apartment and unfortunately on the floor below there was lots of noise into the early hours of the morning. We did complain, the girl on reception apologised and said she would sort it out, but it happened again the next night. There was a problem with the outside lighting so we had to get about with a torch! Although the appartment could have been very nice, it was not very well eqiped and the drains smelt all the time. I dont think we would recommend it.

Review 7：The apartment was pretty spacious and clean though it was obvious that it urgently needs renovation - old TV set, cracks on the walls and very shabby furniture, which makes it impossible to have a good rest at night.... The kitchen is large but with almost no kitchen utensils! Do they want their customers bring all the cookware with them? There are several parinh lots but absolutely not enough for such an apartment hotel. And no Wi-Fi, even commercial, in the room.

Review 8：maybe the price is high, but the facilities are well equipped and staff really tries to meet all customra needs... so I am not so unhappy about it ;-)

Review 12：Smell of sewage nearly all the time, pillows were a joke, kitchen had no kettle or toaster. There was no grill pan wire tray to grill anything. Wifi pay machine out of order all. week.Location was pants it states you can walk to the beach, yes you could but it would be a 40 minute up hill struggle to get back.

Review 14：The staff are really great, very polite and helpful. The complex is just a few minutes drive to many beautiful beaches and cute little towns (e.g., Estepona, Sotogrande). The atmosphere is serene and relaxed. The swimming pool is large, looked after and surrounded by lovely mediterranean vegetation.

Review 15：A bit like Fawlty Towers in the sun. They couldn't understand why we needed 6 of everything: cups, plates, chairs etc even though apartment was for 6 people and 6 people stayed. However once we asked for items, they were provided. Pool left open at night, with patrons drinking from glasses. Entrance gates not locked at night / no visible night security. Hotel should tidy up approach roads.

Review 16：Spacious 3 bed apartment with large terrace. Very clean, 2 bathrooms, Air Con, plenty hot water, large fridge freezer and cooking facilities. Walking distance to shops and Puerto de la Duquesa and Taxi only €8. Beautiful beach 15 min walk away.

Review 17：poor location, 15 min walk from any shops or beach then steep walk up. poor decor in bar, resturant area and poor choice at breakfast. Burnt my hand on scolding hot water from the taps, staff very uninterested. Broken patio doors!! and unable to use balcony as air con unit on it.

Review 19：it was a bit isolated from anywhere and signs to get there not very well signalled. You need a car to get to the beach which you would only take 5 minutes if you walk it would take you 25 minutes and in the heat I would not recommend it.

Review 20：Apartment very clean. had a back terrace where you could do barbecues if you had a barbecue and chill out with a drink as it had nice views of mountains( I saw other people doing barbecues as I passed by their terraces)

Review 21：Pool was murky, few sunbeds with residents appropriating them with towels even if not by pool, complained to hotel staff and they told me to argur with residents myself! Bed extremely uncomfortable, pillow paper thin, no drinks not even vending machine until bar opened at six thirty. Aircon blew hot air. Left and askd for refund

Review 22：Too many dogs especially the one next door but one to us who, when left, continually barked and howled even into the early hours of the morning. Very hard uncomfortable bed. We were at the front of the Hotel, over reception & gym. It was very noisy due the fact that all smokers appeared to congregate outside reception. From early in the morning the movement of furniture scraping on the floors from below us was annoying.

Review 30：Hotel was requiring money for not given services - extra bed. The appartement was dirty, dirty dishes in the kitchen, it smelled, hot water for 2 people instead of 6. Not existing adress, we were looking for this hotel for 3 hours. The hotel personal was extremely rude and spoken very very very little english. Internet was available only in public area (only till 10pm). 21st century ? Never again !

About a mile up a steep hill away from the beach, restaurants etc. The last half of which is unlit. Free WiFi only in reception which is locked up around 10pm. Hardest bed I have ever slept (tried to sleep) on. Far more secure places and at better rates in Manilva. Don't stay here.

We asked to be moved as the second bedroom in our original apartment was so small you could not get into the wardrobes without first moving the bed, bearing in mind we were four adults we felt the apartment was more for a small family. We were offered a three bedroom apartment which would give us a bigger second bedroom but at a cost which we felt obliged to pay if we were to enjoy our stay but felt this should have been offered free of charge. The staff did not seem interested in ensuring that our stay should be enjoyable and as such we would not recommend to any friends. On our first night we were only offered pizza as a meal as the restaurant was full but felt as guests we should have been able to obtain more in the way of food.

Had to ask for everything we needed like clean towels, toilet rolls, extra pillows, safe not working so had to get new batteries. breakfast menu limited and no pool bar snacks as kitchen closed at weekend for private party.

Really well laid out Apart Hotel, nice pool area, if you stayed here for a full holiday and wanted the beach it's a bit if a trek but doable.. Really nice size, clean 3 bed apartment. No UK TV only Sky News, no problem for us but could be staying longer..

Review 65：Only 8 sunbeds around the pool.Fewer and fewer each year. They are not being replaced when broke. No kettle or toaster in apartment (only coffee percolator that leaked) Gym in the basement is too hot and stuffy to use.

Review 70：The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly; there was a banana skin on the TV table and a piece of food was under the chair in the bedroom which had attracted a lot of ants. The crockery was still in the dishwasher. There was a limited amount and most of it was chipped and scratched. Cooking utensils were 2 saucepans and a frying pan with a loose handle. Fortunately there are several good and inexpensive restaurants on the beach and marina. No control for the aircon, got one from reception but batteries were flat. Got another one but still couldn't get it to turn on. Receptionist immediately sent maintenance man who showed us the breaker switch in electricity panel as well as the trip fuse for it!! After 11pm the only entrance to the apartments is around the side of the building along an unlit path.

Review 124：I liked the urb it was very peaceful, away from everything. We were given a ground apartment with an enclosed patio, with some grass, and my kids enjoyed playing outside. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen was marvelous, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, very well equiped. There was enough parking spaces outside the apartments, and the pool area was good enough. The children's park was not in the hotel it was a 10 minutes walk, but well worth it as it was massive with ponds, little bridges, long paths, mini golf, play area, very nice. All in all it was good for the price we paid, we would definitely go there again.

Review 125：the staff were not very accommodating & didn't make an effort to make you feel welcome. i stayed here before and returned as was inexpensive. i had forgotten how bad the staff were on reception, very little interest in being welcoming in any way. wouldn't return again, id rather pay a lot more for even a little more of a welcome.
