Review 2：Everything. Great central location with private parking. Very welcoming. Lovely modern room. Good breakfast. Great choice of restaurants very close by.

Review 4：The hotel is ideally located in the very centre of Montelimar - and with free parking on the premises. An ideal touring hotel. We stayed 2 nights and loved the bright comfortable rooms. Both the host and hostess made us feel wonderfully welcome.
Review 5：Owners promise they are renewing the hotel. It still is not very clean (but not really dirty). Bathroom floor and walls are sticky. I would not sit on the toilet although it looks clean. Wifi is weak but available.
Review 6：The lady-owner was exceptionally nice and helpful, and gave us maps, tips and travel plans that were way better than any tourist office. We visited beautiful spots we would never know of except for her. Free parking and very central location on a large a relatively quiet avenue.

Review 9：Charming building in nice little town center. Very cheerful young owners who recently bought this house and now are gradually improving this place. Has potential. They deserve success. We will come back to enjoy the progress!
Review 10：Good location though hard to find, very friendly helpful staff. Free parking on premises. We had a room with a small balcony, which was a nice place to sit in the evening.
