Review 1：The facilities were not clean, the room smelled disgusting the whole stay, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly ever. The kitchen had built up grease and the fridge wasn't clean and smelled. The address we were given and where google maps sent us was wrong (not sure what end the error was!), but either way was difficult to find. We desperately needed an iron and there was none available as it was broken. I would not recommend staying here.

Review 2：The location is the only thing going for this place, although there are other hotels closer to the shops. Staff were ok.

Review 3：I paid the parking and tourist tax at the reception in cash, yet theycharged my credit card also after 2 days. Still have not received myrefund. They are thieves!

Review 4：Broken property, worst night ever. Broken doors, garage gates, elevators, AC, etc etc. The list goes on, with 35 degrees in the room we have not slept at all.

Review 6：Secure car park wouldn't open for us. Reception closed on a Sunday when we arrived so no one there to help. Codes allowed us into the building with no problems, it was just the car park that didn't work (quite a few people had issues).

Review 8：Paying extra for internet or a bed for the baby, first time I've seen this in any appartment or hotel. No reception after 17h and on sundays means you have to call a 0.12 cents a minute number to get in, woman on the phone failed to tell us there was a code to open the door (kept giving us the number for the keylocker which of course didn't work. No vending machines, not even a coffee machine. On sunday also no breakfast served... All these things you could expect in a low-budget motel but that's not what this is. PS Don't expect to get a decent night of sleep on the sofabed. It's noisy and mattress is really thin.

Review 59：I called reception when we arrived in Montelimar, for directions to the property; the receptionist was very helpful and nice. She waited for us to arrive before she closed reception, which made our check-in much easier. We were very grateful! The property is perfectly located and the value is incredible. The availability of underground, onsite parking was also greatly appreciated.

Review 60：A/C was not very efficient.Garage for eur6.50 per day not eur4 as in previous review We wanted to extend our stay by one day and I first checked on booking dot com for the price, I asked at reception mentioning the agency price but was only offered one considerably higher Our choice was book via the agency, accept the higher price or leave --so we left . The staff were unperturbed that their inflexability cost them some custom and a little bad feeling.

Our bed was a pull out sofa with extremely creaky springs--our baby was asleep in the alcove next to us so we had to lie completely still so we didn't wake her up. We both woke up with sore backs and extremely tired. When we opened the curtains there was an image of a penis drawn into the dust of the window--classy (and shows that the room wasn't cleaned properly). I couldn't wait to get out of there!

Review 70：They called me during the trip saying that credit card I used to bookthe room online was not accepted and they deleted my reservation withoutany explanation. We had to stop the car and call the call center toreserve again with another card. In the first reservation we asked for aparking and we did the same with the second, but at my arrival I did notreceive the garage keys...so I could not park in the hotel. Moreover,the envelope in which I should have found my keys (I arrived after 21:00so the reception was closed) were not in the security box (that wasopen...how safe can be an open security box??) And I had to call thecall center again.
