Review 1：Although quiet, the location is not the best if you want to spend much time on the beaches. The surrounding area is not very nice.

Review 2：Fantastic house with high quality amenities and nice design. The swimming pool was large and just perfect.

Review 3：Stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. I cannot fault anything about our stay. On arrival Paco, the owner, greeted us, showed us round then recommended somewhere local to eat. Breakfast was brought every morning for us with the coffee machine switched on, waking up to a huge selection of pastries, fruit, meats and freshly baked bread with the smell of fresh coffee was amazing. The breakfasts pack (something I have never experienced before) is great and with a different selection evey day...... Perfect! I am already looking to return with my family, as this villa could cater for groups of friends, or families with young children. The location is set in a quieter part of Tias but taxis are available and not at all expensive!

Review 4：Villa was spacious with all the mod cons inc decent WiFi and Satellite TV. Breakfast basket delivered every morning, you never go hungry. Spot is quiet as it is nowhere near the tourist area yet Tias offers good food, drink and a supermarket.

Review 5：the mattress on the right side of the bed in the master bedroom needs replacing. Fortunately, there was another, better bed available in another room.

Review 7：Very hard to complain but a few comments: - Hot water is limited in the morning. - Only 5 sun loungers.

Review 8：A delightful expansive property, very high spec throughout, especially the kitchen. The pool area and bbq was excellent with lots of outdoor space.

Review 9：Maybe location would be more convenient if there were more shops and restaurants that were within walking distance.

Review 10：Francisco the owner was a friendly, helpful person. He spent a good hour answering all our questions. The place is beautiful and the location is just 15 to 20 min drive from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carman. The pictures of the place simply do not do justice to the house.

Review 12：Everything, the villa, location in Tias, breakfast hamper delivered first thing every morning, even on the morning we were leaving by Francisco the owner, he picked us up from airport & took us back to airport just yesterday. I was there celebrating a special birthday & it was perfect.

Review 13：The only thing we didn't like was the central bedroom. It got a little warm at night because the velux window automatically closes if it detects any moisture in the air. It could do with an air conditioning unit. Otherwise the villa was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Review 14：The breakfast was very welcome every morning and there was always plenty of it. Beautiful villa with lovely pool, BBQ and pizza oven. Also very safe for our children as completely enclosed from the road.

Review 16：The villa has real character and a great outdoor space / pool. Paco, the owner, really looked after us well with great local food for breakfast every day. Easy to travel to the various sights and beaches as nothing is too far away.
