Review 1：I thought €9.00 for breakfast was a little too much for what was offered.

Review 2：The room was very quiet and comfortable. the guy on the front desk was friendly. The dining area was very pleasant.

Review 3：Very small rooms, even smaller bathrooms + stinking pipes, staff not particularly friendly, apart from a nice lobby the rest of the hotel is old fashioned and needs serious reshaping. It's at the main road so be prepared for many noises also at night.

Review 43：Only our cabin on our river cruise was smaller than this room. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast was also the most expensive of our trip. Not a hotel for someone who cannot climb stairs.

Review 47：1) Our reservation was canceled without notice (no email, sms, phone call, nothing) due to credit card problems - we had to book another room on the spot through a machine. 2) We arrived after 23h, so reception was closed - this meant no access to Internet. On the rooms, we had information we should use our room number and booking name to access the Internet - didn't work. In the morning I was informed in the reception that to use the internet one needs to use some other combination of of numbers and letters - it had nothing to do with the room number and name. 3) Staff at the reception was not nice when confronted with these two problems, basically saying: reservation was canceled and that's it and "you can only get internet if you arrive before 23h" - nothing like this was advertised on their page.

Review 49：Breakfast too expensive and the closest McDonald's wasn't open for breakfast! Lots of stairs make large suitcases difficult to carry. It looks like a dump from the front, but it's not! The help was not helpful when asking for a restaurant recommendation or wifi connection problems.

Montélimar is a great little town.

Review 53：excellent location which was easy to find as one of the only hotels sign posted as you drive into Montelimar from the autoroute. Beautiful décor which had been chosen with a lot of thought and care and which fitted the type of hotel - a villa type hotel with shabby chic interior. Lovely fresh breakfast consisting of croissants, patisseries and fresh juice/coffee/tea. Very helpful staff. The beds were very comfy and seemed new.

Breakfast itself offered limited selection but the croissants and other baked goods were very fresh and delicious, good coffee. Very close to the train station and to town centre and across the road from a pleasant park. Good restaurants close by as well.

Review 62：The stair carpet needs an urgent replacement, before someone falls down. There is a garage of sorts, but from the hotel the only entrance is via the manager's private apartment - impossible. When we left, the manager could not operate the credit card machine, so we were obliged to pay cash. My advice: avoid this hotel at all costs!

Unfortunately there was a problem with hot water due to a boiler breakdown overnight but the staff were genuininely apologetic and helpful and also offered an unasked for 20% reduction on the room rate. Review 73：This is a terrific hotel in the small town of Montelimar. I had bookedit on the basis that it was close to the city and had parking. It turnedout to be a great choice. The staff were friendly. The hotel was cosy,with rustic-eclectic decor (supplied by a nearby store, so almosteverything was available to purchase. Our double-ensuite was small, buthad a lovely view over the park and an antique travelling trunk servedas a wardrobe. The bathroom was a little dated, but clean, with highquality toiletries and even bathrobes! Breakfast was very good value - 8euros for a very generous continental selection, yoghurt, cereal andjuice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly if you'relooking for something a bit different from the usual chains.
