Review 1：Parking. They offer secured parking at a price but the hotel staff denied this was available despite the hotel reception showing private parking WAS available. We had to park free in a nearby street! Otherwise OK for a basic stay in a great location.They shud not offer secured parking if it is not an option.

Review 3：Hotel is in very noisy area of cabourg. People are on the street outside your hotel window until midnight or later yelling, talking loud and drinking. This is my 3rd time to Cabourg in past 8 years and I had same experience at this hotel in past trips. Most worrisome are the gangs of young men who roam the streets late at night down the Main Street and get into fights in front of hotel. This trip I ran into the group of young men (hooligans) at 6:30 am as I was loading up my car. I did not sleep well due to noise and the hotel is not air conditioned so you can't close the windows to cut the noise. I love Cabourg and the beach but will look for different hotel next time. Family room accommodations at this hotel is a plus

Review 16：Usualy Im not picky but this Hotel was very disapointing. Reception wasclosed before time. Bathroom was shoking full of hairs of previouspeople. It was a sign "English Speaking", but non of the stafcould understand a word.
