Review 1：The wifi/internet was not good in the bedroom but it was much better in the living room. The signal of wifi should be consistency throughout all rooms.
Review 2：The rooms were well decorated and provided with many furniture for many people. Moreover, kitchen was provided, which is good for big groups of people.

Review 4：Unfriendly first impression from the husband when I first arrived all the way from Australia to their venue. It walls were thin and it was rather noisy at times from the neighbours. The host could have been more generous spirited especially after the bombing of Paris happened and everywhere was shut. But she just pointed to some places that would still be open. Expected tea and coffee to be provided. Much difficulties with wi-fi connection.

Review 13：I liked the fact that the apartment was close to the metro train station. Also if you are going to Disneyland Paris the apartment is very close. The staff are also very good and helped us with our queries. The apartment is good clean and modern.
Review 14：The appartment offered to me was a top floor flat and there was no consideration for young children, it was also one with a low ceiling in parts of the flat which unfortunately caused a lot of accidents as we banged out heads against it a couple of times before getting used to it. The WIFI required a lot of attention as it kept going off despite following the instructions on usage. The entertainment was nothing to write home about as the Television system did not work. We got the services of a staff on the first day who tried to get it working but barely 30 minutes after he left, the television programmes could not show again. Finally, this place is not in anyway close to Disneyland at all. It is the Northeast of Paris although assess to the town is not a problem as the train system is functional.

Review 24：They asked us for a deposit of 80 € which was mentioned neither in booking.com, nor in their welcome email. They said they may return the deposit upon checking the flat before our departure. The young girl who gave us the keys and showed us to the room was pretty inexperienced and answered every little criticism or suggestion with "We are not a hotel, it is a studio" !!! Never seen such way of treating apartment guests before!! I have received much better service and treatment for 80€/night in other European cities. Also the flat was on the third floor which was again not mentioned at the booking time, so reaching to the flat was a real torture for my old parents!! The noise from other neighboring flats was also really annoying!
Review 25：Location is very comfortable! Only 10 mins by Metro 5 to the city center and the train station, and the metro station is within 10 mins of walk. The apartment is very neat with new facilities. You can find lots of super markets, fast food and drug stores in a few minutes of walk. The neighborhood seems to be very quite, neat and safe although it is located in the north-eastern part of the city.
Review 26：very slow and unstable wifi, but this is not an issue, it works somehow and for mails it is enough. Tight parking, but it is exist.

Review 40：We booked 3 bedroom apartment but on arrival were given 2 studios which despite being spacious meant the children were a very very long way from us at night. The studios are modern but perhaps the building standards in France are different to ours....there was no natural ventilation, only one exit route and no fire alarms in one apartment. Both had spa baths which made the apartments very humid and the smell of the chlorine was very overwhelming given there were no windows.

Review 42：Beds First thing we noticed was that we had to do our own bed! Bedsheets were in plastic for us to set up as well as pillow covers. Ivnever come across that. Me and my partner were surprised. The Bed wasuncomfortable so we didn't even sleep on it throughout our 3 nightstay, luckily the sofa bed was comfy so slept on that throughout. Noquilts, only blankets. One for each person if 6 people were gonna staythere. Again, in the winter, this is not convenient. Especially when theroom has wooden floors (but once hearting is working its fine, if theheating wasn't working, you would feel like you were in an igloo).The room Corner of the room had black, grease stains. Heating set up/convenience While knowing that it was cold weather, would of been convenient if the heating was left on when we arrived as we are in winter. The room was COLD and even when the member of staff put on the heating it wasn't turned on properly until i worked it out myself. we waited a couple of hours (thinking it takes a while to heat up) but it didn't turn on until i played around with the buttons. Tv Television channels were very limited. and this was cable TV. Only thing to watch was the news. A dvd player or something would be ideal to relax when you come back after a long day. The area - The area was the suburbs. The small area just outside the studio apartment is fine. quiet. But once you walk out the area you are staying in, theres graffiti here and there, Dog poo on the streets,Not clean, and quite run down once you walk towards the shops/metro.
Review 43：Location: location was decent for supermarkets and the underground(metro). There are two supermarkets very close by. Id say about 5-7minwalk exactly. As well as a fast food kebab shop that actually do nicefood there if you want a quick bite or just sit down top eat. Alsoopposite this place is a lovely Morrocan pastry house who were very goodto us every time we went. The metro/underground was very close bytoo. Just in front of the kebab shop. Despite the language barrier, awomen at the ticket office was very helpful and helped us save money ontickets to get to paris.-Metro Very easy to use after the 1st day. Just like the London underground. The stops are quick and to get to paris from Bobigny is about 25 mins even though theres a lot of stops but it was fine. Heating This was very important as we went in the winter. Heating was really good..... once we got it working.It was really warm and comfortable to come back home. Especially after we've been out all day in a january winter. it was FREEZING outside. Staff The wife of the owner did have some difficulty speaking english, bless her, but she did what she could. she helped us with directions to the metro and provided a euro plug socket for me. Her husband(owner) was good at helping us with questions and transported us back to the airport which was a lot cheaper than using the taxi. So in future, it may be a good idea to see if any couples of families that stay here, get in touch if the owner could pick you up from the airport? Facilities The facilities were very good and handy. Cutlery, kettles, fridge, electric oven was all very handy to have. The room All in all the room was good and spacious for size. Supermarket Very good for snacks/food and if you want to buy food for breakfast or like buying bottles of water. it was very ideal for this and not spending lots of money having to eat out a lot.
Review 44：Missing ventilation in toilets caused foul smell. Mould formation in corners appeared unhealthy. Bedroom was big and had 3 large beds (looks like dormitory). Blinds in living room were not working, sheet had to be used as curtain. Wifi signal was weak and often missing.

Review 46：*there is no parking. you have to leave the car in a forbidden area with the risk to have a penalty. *The area is a suburb... is far from center of Paris and there is a crazy traffic to go anywhere. * difficult to find a shop or a restaurant except those for African or Arabs immigrants. *Beds are the cheapest of IKEA,Unconfortable ,the sofa was broken. *The closet to store clothes are small or simply doesn't exist.

Review 49：Lovely large apartment that catered well to 4 adults. Parking directly at the front door. Lovely fresh linen and very clean rooms. The very friendly caretakers meet us at the door and showed us through the apartment and informed us about the metro and grocery shops in the area. There were pamphlets and maps about Paris in the foyer. Very handy for planning our stay.
Review 50：Once we entered the property and were showed to our rooms, we have been imperatively asked to pay for our stay integrally in advance, although this was not specified in the payment conditions on Booking. After a discussion I don't want to comment about, the hosts agreed to make the appropriate changes in the information they publish on Booking, so the matter was finally sorted out. The squeaky bunk bed where the kids were sleeping, kept waking us up every time they moved, so for a few nights we had real troubles sleeping. At one point though we decided they use the couch and everything was fine. There was some mold in one of the room corners, discreetly hidden though by the closet, and there was also some stuffy and humid smell inside the building and in the room, but it was quickly gone once we opened the windows. The location is however far from the center. You need to count on at least 30 minutes (door-to-door) travelling in metro/RER, at least one metro line switch and at least 15 if not 20 metro stations to get to the main attraction points downtown. To get to Versailles, plan for at least one hour and a half or better 2 hours (there are some works going on on the RER C line and the traffic is interrupted between some stations).
Review 51：The property is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood (although some noisy work was going on on the street). We occupied the "apartment with a garden", which was very nice and cosy. Unfortunately we could not fully enjoy the terrace because of the unusually chilly weather. Large room, well equipped and functional kitchen, very comfortable king size bed and the walls decorated with artistic photos of Paris, TV channels from all over the world. Apart from the nearby supermarket which many reviewers already mentioned, you should also not miss the great bakery (boulangerie) across the street from the subway station. We went there each morning to buy fresh and insanely delicious croissants and french baguettes.

Review 109：This apartment can accommodate 7 persons very easily. It is bit far from Paris city center but metro station & supermarket are located about 350m away. Kitchen was well equipped. For me it was not a problem. But for others, I would like to mention that the bedroom is a single room and it is separated into 2 areas with the help of movable separators. If someone is looking for privacy this may not be good idea. 5 persons were accommodated in bedroom and other 2 were in living room. However as I have already mentioned, I liked the apartment and I had a very good stay there.
Review 110：First of all it is not a hotel. There are no beds only 2 sofas. Westayed 5 nights. Nobody didn't clean the room. You need 45 min fromcity center. The parking is outside.
